Don't waste your money

The replacement part doesn't always even fix the issue. Don't waste your money for a very expensive paper weight.

Not working

Was told at best buy to call the manufacturer. Still getting an error. Had a lesser model years ago and never had a problem. Will call the manufacturer again I suppose.

Breaks down to much

Now it’s been around two months and it won’t suck anything up. Waste of money.

Don’t biy

Kept leaving the home base to start cleaning and would almost immediately say something has it clogged up and needed cleaned. When you tried to find the blockage there wasn’t one. Only worked correctly for maybe 30 minutes. Ended up having to return it.

Keep looking, save the money

This did not work for us as it would clean 2 rooms and then have to dock to get charged. Cleaning our 1200 sqft condo took all day and did not pick up as well as I had hoped.

The tab was broken on the box and there was zero paperwork with the product. We presented it to someone as a gift, so you can imagine how that made me look.

I have no problem with the vacuum itself but the clean base is just horrible. They don’t sell reusable vacuum bags and it fills up within 2 days.
