Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.App for vacuum is janky, endless loop to turn on and verify location services. Vacuum seems not smart as it heads directly for spots it frequently gets stuck in. Then you lose the charge for the cleaning cycle because you're not home to free it. Day missed. I tried many times to sync location services and lost my patience every time.

I’ve even made sure there is no obstacles and still only cleans the living room. I purchased a warranty from best buy and they sent it off, not replaced, and it came back the same. They told me there was nothing else to be done. That was a year and 4 months in. Very dissapointed with durability.

I spent the better part of the week working with tech support trying to get it connected. I moved it closer to my router. I followed the tech step by step telling them every step of the way what was on my screen They had me do a factory reset. Uninstall and reinstall the app. When they were asking for my OS and model number of my router I finally said enough. It shouldn't be that difficult! I will say, tech support was very patient and jumped through the hoops with me. I was told that for some reason they have a glitch connecting to an LG phone. Wish I had known that from the start.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The list of issues is endless but include the inability to pair with the app without 45 minutes waiting on the phone for help, constantly losing wifi connection, having to disassemble to remove the battery to fix wifi issues, plastic parts that easily break when opening it up, unable to "park" correctly, and loss of communication with the base requiring manual removal of debris from the dustbin.
