Works great! I have carpet and wood floors and does an exceptional job on both. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Works great does exactly what you tell it todo! The app is great and allows you to tell it what you want and where not to go as well.

This machine works ! We have it scheduled to go on at 4pm every day and when we get home our floors are clean!

We had a 960 but due to pet hair it could not finish vacuuming without me being home to empty the bin. This one empties itself and finishes the job.

This is a great vacuum. Once you get it set up, it can clean whatever area you need. Like the wifi set up option as well

I've got a three story home. On the first floor I ran the training runs in the evenings for at least 10 hours across multiple evenings. It turns out it doesn't really like being interrupted. I finally started it on a Saturday morning and let it run until it finished. Then I did the second floor training, but I waited until a weekend and let it run start to finish with no interruptions. No problem. Tried to do the same in the third floor. It ended up overlaying my 2nd and 3rd floor maps together. Delete the map, start over, clear the app data, reboot the device, clean sensors, etc etc. Nothing worked. I got the third floor map 90% complete, but it would never finish and would always get confused about which floor its mapping. Customer support is useless and provides zero answers. Although it worked great at first, the software appears really buggy. Maybe if you have two floors or less you'll have an ok experience. Mine will probably go back unless I can get some resolution.

Took a few times to map but did good. Have been moving furniture around and it seems to adapt.

Roomba I9 aka random error number generator. I buy a lot of technology, and am quite savy. This is not my first Roomba, but it will be my last. From day one, this robot has been the highest maintence piece of technology in my house, ironic given its purpose is to be low maintence. I have had multiple, seemingly unrelated, issues with both the robot and the base. Base: Literally every vacuum job, I get an error saying it failed to dock and didn't self-clean the robot. It wants me to clean the same sensors over and over, which are always clean. It seldom initiates even an attempt to auto-clean, it just sits on the base flashing blue until it changes to red and gives up. Roomba itself: I have two dogs, it's why I have thing thing. So much fur. In any given job, the very small dust bin on the Roomba completely fills. It is supposed to auto-dock to clean itself, and continue the job. It doesn't. It keeps running, depositing large fur balls every couple of rows. It gets lost. All. The. Time. I have a very clean home, no kids, no clutter. It can't navigate around my home to save it's life. It eventually gives up and returns back to the base, giving me an error saying it couldn't localize the map. I'm a Elite Pro customer. I tried all the troubleshooting recommendations. All of them. In this time, my return period expired. I called Roomba customer support, and spent two hours with them on the phone, repeating all the steps I've already done. They want to send me parts to repair it, parts of which I am certain already work. But, more of my time. Two parts on each, the dock and the Roomba. I bought this device because I'm busy, now I'm a part time robot vacuum technician. I pleaded with them to just send me a new/refurb unit but they refused. Terrible customer service. I'm done with them. To future customers, if you have ANY problems in your return period, dont assume they will fix themselves in time. Return while you can. Or, avoid buying altogether. Roombas competition is closing in.

This is a horrible cleaning machine. Straight out of box it really didn't clean well. We have hard floors and with just one brush the dirt gets transferred to the left and then on the return to the right and it ends up where the vacuumed already was. It also didn't clean well even if the rollers went over it. A no-name brand cleans significantly better.

I never have to sweep my house again. Best purchases I’ve made.

The ease of sit it and forget it works great with my busy life. My roomba does all its work while I am sleeping. I love always waking up to a clean house.

The Roomba i7+ is very through at cleaning the floors. It will clean areas prone to dog hair and dispense as many times as needed to get the job done.

It can be a little noisy, but my wife likes it so I’m good with it. It does a good job on hardwood floors.

Amazing device, I was really surprised how it cleans. It actually vacuums in places where you can’t hardly get to.

Noisy, but good! Very convenient. Just put it to use when you’re not home to hear it.

Picks up well and easy to schedule/set up. Only negative is its super loud when dirt goes into base
