NO PRODUCT TO REVIEW!!!

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On 11/24 i ordered a iRobot - Roomba i7+ (7550) Wi-Fi Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum - Charcoal. It's now 19 days later. Tracking shows that it was shipped on 11/24. The label was initiated but the product never shipped via Fed Ex. I have contacted Best Buy 3 different times since then, even escalating to a customer support supervisor. I have been given 3 different case numbers and been told it is the "back office" that needs to resolve this. I am not allowed to speak with the back office. I realize this is not a product review, but I do not have my product to review!!! Hopefully someone will read this and get my product shipped!

Robot vacuum
