Love this Roomba, so much we picked up another one for the top floor in our house. So now we have one of these little guys taking care of the first floor and the 2nd floor. It truly gets all of those 'tiny' pieces a broom misses on hardwood floors. It's reduced the amount of time I spend sweeping the floors, sure I still need to hit the corners, but i'm not spending 30+minutes sweeping/vacuuming the 3 floors in my house. Most of the time, I can just mop the floor once its done cleaning. Definitely a time saver!

Great robot vacuum I would recommend if you are looking to get help keeping your floors clean and you don’t have time.

Great product. It cleans everywhere and it is quite easy to customize rooms for different cleaning schedules

This Robot has made life easier for me. I'm closing in on 80 years and vacuuming has been getting much harder on my body. I did have a Deebot for a couple of years, but it didn't always pick up everything. A friend recommended the Roomba and I waited patiently for a sale! I've been using it for a few weeks now and sometimes wish it came with a remote. Having a little trouble with the setup instructions, but otherwise I'm really happy with it.

It was great while it was working. I had it for 7 months or so and stopped working. Can’t tell what happened since it doesn’t seem to charge and doesn’t work. I paid $240 or so for 4 year geek squad protection plan, which is biggest regret. After being at the geek squad in store and rounds of calls here is what I found. 1. Plan I purchases is only for fixing issues and not for replacement, based on my phone conversation with a supervisor at department that handles warranty issues. 2. Geek squad doesn’t fix Roomba, only can offer exchange. Catch is you have to “use” your plan so you are no longer covered by 4 year plan according to the store geek squad and customer service. So in a reality, it is not a 4 year plan. More like once time replacement within 4 year period. 3. 1 and 2 seems to be contradicting, so not sure what plan I actually purchased. 4. If I don’t want to “lose” my protection, then I need to contact manufacturer directly. Maybe it is my mistake for taking it for what it sounds like, 4 year coverage to protect your purchase. I was told that I should review and understand what I purchased. When I asked what are the issues that can be actually fixed with the plan since I’m still confused about that part when they have made zero effort to fix it, I’m told that I should look online. They can’t or unwilling to tell me but I should know it somehow. I have been elite plus for many years now and this is by far worst experience with Best Buy and I’m going to be staying away from it as much as I can from now with level of customer service I have received.

Great on laminate floors. Does not pick up well on carpet.

Seems to still be getting stuck in areas we tell it not to go, but other than that it does work good.

For what it is able to do, it does a great job. Can’t everywhere you can get with a vacuum but gets the job done.

I love this vacuum and wish I had purchased this vacuum sooner.

bought this as a Christmas present. Works so much better than the older model. If you have the money, splurge for this model.

So far so good, this thing is amazing on the dog hair. If it fits it goes there lol. Saves me a lot of cleaning.

Magnificent!! We have two cats & a dog but the Roomba is wonderful picking up animal hair.

We love it! The self emptying feature is amazing. We upgraded from the 3 and are very happy.

Doesn’t do the entire job. But it helps substantially. A little loud as the vacuum docks and empties itself.

Wife wanted a robot vacuum. So, we went with this Roomba model. Has a few little quirks but, works well.

The Roomba works great on iur hardwood floors. Does ok with the dog hair.

Best vacumn eveer, cleans at its perfection , easy to install and it's technology is amazing it connects to the app.
