This was my first robot vacuum cleaner and I couldn't be more pleased. While I'm only using it for hardwood and tile floors, it does a perfect job. My only complaint would be that it occasionally gets stuck under the side cabinets in the kitchen. It turns out that the distance from the floor is about 1/8" shorter than the robot's height.

This product is awesome and I don't believe I have enough words to explain how satisfied I am with this purchase. I highly recommend this product.

Our new Roomba is awesome. We have it set to run while we are at work and feature that it empties itself is awesome !

Love this roomba. It dies a great job of ckeaning and returnng to base. It empties easily.

Sometimes loses its way but gets the job done. Cleans up after your fur babies’ furs.

So far the reviews talking about the robot getting lost does not seem to apply to ours. It does the job and the floors are clean.

Life saver. With three dogs, my hardwood floors looked like carpet again. This thing has them spotless!!!

Accidentally reviewed bags. Vacuum work okay on bare floors, not on carpet. Also purchased Geek Squad accidental protection plan. Puppy chewed through cord. Neither BB or GS will mail me a new cord. I live on a remote island with no BB. They want me to fly w/vacuum to a city with a BB to get a cord. Ridiculous! I lost money because the vacuum no longer works.

This thing is awesome! The only reason i ever have to touch it is if i leave an obsatcle out or once a mo th to change the bag. Great decice.

The unit was missing all accessories, no manuals , and inhad to purhase dirt bag and power cord. I called about this, and i was told either return it or i was out of luck when i went to local store with a case number

This is the first roomba I’ve owned and I love the convenience and ease of use. The bag emptying feature is fantastic.

i could not love anything more i have 3 kids and this helps to keep the floors clean. i love that it talks to my mop

We are 9 months into trouble with this model. The motor has been replaced, that did not fix the issue. We had to go thrugh several attempts to reset, clean, move, etc, before the decision was made to “send it in for repair” When we got it back, the original issue was fixed, but it would no longer dock to the base. Again with emails and phone calls, moving, cleaning, etc. It has to be returned again, since it is a “different” issue from the first, they won’t even discuss replacing it. We are currently waiting on the special box to send it in. If we had not paid so much for the thing it would be in the scrap yard right now!

A little pricey and occasionally gets stuck on random loose items. But overall, very high quality product and performs extremely well.

Works amazing in our 1500 sq ft carpeted basement floor. Much quieter than our older one was. The auto vacuum is great
