It really doesn't clean well

Straight out of box it really didn't clean well. We have hard floors and with just one brush the dirt gets transferred to the left and then on the return to the right and it ends up where the vacuumed already was. It also didn't clean well even if the rollers went over it. A no-name brand cleans significantly better.

Great mapping technology but...

Love the convenience of not having to clean the filter manually all the time but....it doesn't seem to get as much dirt up at my old Neato Botvac D7. It leaves lint bunnies on the carpet....but it is 3 decibels quieter that the Neato which is nice. The technology is the best by far. Just wish that I didn't have to pick up lint bunnies all over the house and wish that it got more of the dirt...

Great mapping, but lacks transition...

If the iRobot i7 did a better job of transitioning between thin carpet and hardwood flooring, I would have given it a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, it does not. It leaves debris near all of our carpet mats by each door, and the screened in patio slider. Other than that issue, it does a decent job of sweeping dirt and small debris.

not sure it works well

Supposedly it takes a few runs for the robot to figure out the house, but this robot has stopped twice (in 5 runs) and giving a stuck message, however the robot was in the middle of a hallway on both occasions.
