Love it! Best purchase I’ve ever made. I never thought to get a robot vacuum but I’m so glad I finally did.

We ended up returning this item. Pros It is really neat to setup a path for it to vacuum Emptying into the home dirt disposal thing works well Cons It did not pick up dog fur from our carpet well - it's main job It kept getting stuck on a chair in the living room. This is probably great for a lot of houses / people just not for us.

This is the best item made to simplifyy life ! Love it

After trying this vacuum it wasn’t what I was looking for. Even though it map my house pretty quick and accurately, the power and how it cleans was lagging. For the price I expected more. I would recommend you read more reviews and make your own judgment before purchasing. As for me I return the product and purchase a different brand.

Roomba was quick to learn and map the house within a couple of runs. Cleans well and performed as expected.

So, this one is a more complicated story and it's still ongoing. I bought this from BestBuy. However, I can't say that is exactly the right program. The base station failed after 3 months. Until then it was really great. The service from Best Buy and the manufacturer at that point has not been great. Best Buy just blew me off and said...yeah, don't talk to us. The mfg seemed helpful but in the end just sends me emails every day that say a replacement part is backordered...that's been going on for over 2 months now. So, there's that. There's no reason for me to buy from a retailer instead of directly from a manufacturer if I am not getting some advantage for doing business with the retailer. Maybe an executive at BB is listening or the retailer model of business is definitely over.

We use the Roomba on our first floor. It does a great job! I don't know what I ever did without it!

Surprised at the nice job that it does . goes under furniture and finds its way around things and covers everything.

Easy to set up and works good on hardwood - I haven’t had the chance to do the carpet in the bedroom yet .

This has made life so much easier with all the hardwood floors we have. So simple to connect to an android phone.

Mapping function for the main floor the iRobot sweeps is outstanding! If the iRobot i7 did a better job of transitioning between thin carpet and hardwood flooring, I would have given it a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, it does not. It leaves debris near all of our carpet mats by each door, and the screened in patio slider. Other than that issue, it does a decent job of sweeping dirt and small debris.

We love our roomba, makes it easier for us going around the house and not having to worry about vacuuming!
