Battery problem caused problems.

I got a full refund with my coverage. I purchased a Shark and have money left to buy other products in the store. My new Shark seems to work as well for half the price!

I have thick shag rug in my living room and hallway and it wasn't able to get past it. It turned around every time and seemed to just repeat where it had already vacuumed. I loved how it returned and cleaned itself. But...we have 3 dogs. When I pulled out the bag there was hardly anything in it.
