Works well but bumps into heavy fixed objects

Overall we are happy with the purchase. I only gave it 4 stars as the vacuum tends to run into dark furniture at full speed even in a well lighted room. I spoke with technician at iRobot, cleaned sensors and rebooted. It did improve somewhat. iRobot is sending me a bumper. Seems they have had this complaint before.

Impressed so far

It seemed like the sweet spot for value and ease of use. The self mapping technology works really well and have been very impressed. Not thrilled with the cost of the replacement filters. Wish they had a reusable option.

Poor quality control

No warranty, no directions, no charging cord, no bags no nothing. No way to try it, most parts missing, supposed to be open box, “Excellent” condition. Shipped in a pieced together box with bubble wrap.
