Went to home base and said it was charging. 3 hours later battery was still in red. Reboot, reset, you name it I tried it. Finally took cover off bottom and took out battery. Next morning it was charged. Ran it came off base it wouldn’t move. Couldn’t turn it off. Call tech support said it was a wheel module needs replacing free of charge of course! I said after a 1000.00 plus I hope but I said it’s going back to store! Got a Xiamoi roborock, runs rings around I7+!

Technology is a joke.

A constant error hit the robot “error 26”. Insufficient airflow however it was practically new and out of the box but was bricked after such little use. I’ve tried resetting it, moving it, cleaning it even though it had no issues, and nothing. Just corporate purposely bringing an issue that shouldn’t exist just to have the consumer buy a part to fix the issue. Fantastic.
