    Overall this does what is should as advertised. Be careful of any wires, or small pieces of trash or debris as this will bind up the rollers on the unit. Also if you have pets that shed you will find the bags that are used for the vacuum base will need to be replaced quite frequently. Another thing I did not know was that the bags are not reusable.

    GREAT PRODUCT BUT JUST RECENTLY RAN INTO PROBLEM WITH MAPPING I WHICH MACHINE IS REGISTERING HOME TO BE ELSEWHERE AND NOT IN ITS EXACT LOCATION. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS ADVISED TO RE-MAP MY ENTIRE HOME HOPING THIS WILL FIX THE PROBLEM

    With two large dogs we needed to vac daily. We were concerned that it wouldn’t be able to handle the hair and were hesitant to purchase. Happy to report it works great. Actually does as well as our Dyson plus even better against the walls. I would say that the self emptying is a must if you have dogs that shed - we really struggled over if we needed that upgrade. Very glad we decided to go with this model.
