Good investment

We have center rugs in several rooms, it climbs and vacuums them without any difficulty. It transitions well from the wood floors to the tiles in the kitchen with ease. The best investment I think we have made for convenience ever, not sure why I waited this long! I will never handle a vacuum myself again.

Robot is not smart

Ran it 3 times and on the 3rd run picked up a screw from recent renovation and has ran right since. Keeps giving me error 26, I’ve taken it apart and the fan seems to turn freely. Not sure what part of it is messed up but now I’m supposed to pay $70 to get a new cleaning head module.

Not worth the money. Cheaper options out there

Maybe the i9 is better? I hate cleaning cat litter all over the floor every morning. Figured I can have an i7 Roomba that will map my floors and clean the specific area where cats drag littler. Created a zone, set a schedule for 8am. Tried it for three days and all days Roomba hardly cleaned the zone properly. It could run well within the zone but there were big spots in between that still were unclean. Cleaning the whole house (open floor plan) Roomba kept bumping into furniture, is it not supposed to learn once it maps and cleans a few times? I ran it for more than 8 times in last three days and it kept bumping into all furniture every time. I will be returning this and probably get the i9, which might be a much smarter product. Definitely not worth the $700 you pay.
