Great automatic vacuum

The vacuum does an excellent job on hardwood and tile floors. The self cleaning option and base is a must, and the ability to monitor the device on your phone is better than expected. After using it for a while, I was told that this was the best gift ever and was the gift of time because of the time saved in cleaning the floors.

I would definitely recommend to anybody

Worst customer service ever

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Orderd this 2 days ago for price 374$ there was a discount waited for 2 days no one showed up then it showed that the product returned without my permission now went to the store they asked me to call the support I called and they were unprofessional at all even they don’t know what they are saying and now they want me to buy it again with the higher price I will post this every day and will post it every where I even asked to talk with a manager and they said busy customer service sucks pirod
