She was knowledgeable in answering all my questions. She continued to look until she found the iRobot that I was looking for. I didn't have an account, so inorder to get the best price she asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card to get an additional discount. She was very patient.

Roomba Customer Service - NOT

Performed better than expected. Less than 2 weeks after putting into service (1/8) the right drive motor failed. Although disappointed that the part failed in less than 2 weeks, it is very easy to work on and would be easy change that part, if it was available, Requested that iRobot replace our i7+ with a new i7+ due to this one failing so quick. iRobot was reluctant to send a new outa new i7+ and we decided to work with them and just replace the part. It is now 1/30 and have no replacement part in hand or a date when one will be. Very disappointed in the Customer Service of this product. You don't always get what you pay for.

It sucks...and not in a good way!

I have had NOTHING but problems with this thing starting about 6 months in. I had to have the base replaced, then the battery, this is after about three hours each time of "Troubleshooting" the issues with a remote tech. NOW the unit is out of warranty and I have to "prop" it up with a shoe to get it to charge, and manually hit the start button. My 900 series was 10 times the vacuum this one was...you want a vacuum to suck...but this one does, in all the wrong ways. I spent 1000+ dollars for something I am fixing to take out back and shoot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Works well; redo mapping after first run

Original mapping changed; needed to build a specific area map list to ensure the house is cleaned efficiently. First map was 3 hours long, 2nd map was 2 hours; found out the robot inefficiently criss crossed the rooms. After mapping was done, reoriented how it cleaned and now it takes less than an hour
