It took me a long time to decide on finally buying a robot vacuum and I was fairly confident in going this route, but I deeply regret my decision. This vacuum is terrible. In order for it to vacuum the floors (our house is overall kept very clean minus dog fur, dust, and occasional crumbs) you have to clean it yourself constantly - whether it's emptying the "self empty" bin or the bin on the robot, or cleaning and removing items from all the pieces on the bottom and wiping the sensors. What is the point in a robot vacuum if I have to do that much work myself? Also, it claims to be able to handle pet fur, but we have two dogs and it won't pick up everything and what it does pick up it leaves clumps of hair all over the house. Also, if you have kids and move anything around the space, it will still be able to get around things but it's almost like you have to remap every time because it gets confused and doesn't finish the job in full. For this much money it should work MUCH better, especially only being a year old (it's had these problems for a long time and I should've picked up on it in that first 90 day period but I was still troubleshooting and getting used to it). If I could get my money back, I'd return it and buy a cordless dyson (or similar).

This is well worth the money. This is a great vacuum.

This robot vacuum is very efficient, quick, and keeps the floors (both wood and carpet) very tidy. The empty bag option of this model prevents having particles/dust float back into the apartment. The app is easy and informative. Should have gotten this sooner.

I’m so happy I bought my Roomba. What a difference it has made in my home. I schedule it to run five days a week, while I’m at work. And it does pick up! Unfortunately, sometimes things it shouldn’t, like a cat toy, but that proves it is powerful! I don’t know how I lived without one!

This is great but just make sure that your favorite pet doesn't go number two in the house because our puppy did and the Roomba cleaned it up thank God Best buy is awesome and they returned it for me!! Lesson learned on many levels but mostly Best buy is a very ethical company I'd also recommend buying the extended warranty

This product bring peace to our family. My wify always yell at kids for spill food at floor and not removing shoes in outside living area. Finally she stop yelling coz of Roomba knowing he clean after we mess.
