Bought for mom, and she's been very happy with her Roomba

This is great but just make sure that your favorite pet doesn't go number two in the house because our puppy did and the Roomba cleaned it up thank God Best buy is awesome and they returned it for me!! Lesson learned on many levels but mostly Best buy is a very ethical company I'd also recommend buying the extended warranty

Worked great…..at first! Slowly it started not making it back to the base and would die mid way through cleaning. This is our 2nd Roomba and same issue with the other one. Seems to be a trans with the Roomba, battery dying and you have to go search the house for the dang thing. Stopped finding charging base, wouldn’t empty and would tell you there was an error for no reason. Thankfully for the replacement plan I could turn in this paperweight and get a Dyson!

I like this one better than the s9 . It goes over our area rugs way easier and it goes over our smaller rugs without picking them up. Does a pretty good job picking up debris, but often throws errors of cleaning the bristles (when nothing is in the way)

It did not meet my expectations, considering the price I would have expected it to be great at its work, but I found that it does not cleanly pickup all stuff, I have seen its rotating brush push away light weight particles so that portion is never picked up by the Roomba. Also the portion around the docking station is always left unclean as sometimes the debris are left there while the roomba is docking up . The rollers below the roomba tear If hair or some long thread entangles it and it tightens ,highly inefficient design. Surprising that the vacuum bags have to be replaced with new ones once it fills up.I would have expected that to be reusable.

It kept on rebooting the whole time and didn’t work even after resetting it

This is heaven sent. I use to spend my saturday morning just vacuuming. Now i can enjoy my saturday morning. I was hesitant at first coz I thought it wont be as effective as advertised but Iam surprise that it really does clean my house. Now i need the robot mower!

Would be great if it actually cleaned the carpet. Works decent on hard floors but it’s useless on carpet. We bought it for dog hair and, I kid you not, I can have it run back and forth over the same little piece of dog hair over and over and it will never pick it up off of carpet. Also leaves little pieces of leaves and anything else that gets tracked in. I wondered how this thing can vacuum for HOURS AND HOURS and not fill up the little bag, and now I know why. We just have normal short pile carpet. Nothing fancy or unusual. Very disappointed after investing $1500 in two of these.

Works very well. Does exactly what we were looking for.

Love this. Sad i bought a cheaper brand years ago. We have all hardwood floors and this a dog and this makes quick work of our home. Bummed that after a few runs of the house it has insainly deep scratches on it from getting stuck under the sofa.

Great Item to help keep the dog/pet hair in control.

It keeps getting stuck, we tried our best to love it but it just keeps stopping wherever and sometimes can't even make it to charge station when battery goes low so it could charge and resume, totally defeats the purpose. Only successful run it did was like 2 or 3 times with little to no human intervention. We have a 3500sqft floor downstairs and majority is tile and little bit of carpet here and there. And yes we do keep our floors clean so this little guy doesn't deal with issues. But it does anyhow. Would love to see it running as advertised.

Have 6 dogs and a lot of fur! Love the emptying feature.

Not a fan of floor mapping. This thing runs around bumping into everything running over edges, scratching baseboards and still cant get the floor map right. Go with a Shark, it has lazer mapping, does not run into things and mapped the home first try out the gate. Much happier now that I returned this and bought the Shark. And the shark is bagless so less out of pocket fees.

Easy to use and make your free to do other things.
