I can’t tell you how much we love this vacuum!!! We have 2 labs and was unable to keep up with the dog hair, and my daughter in law who is allergic to dogs now doesn’t have any allergy symptoms when at our house. It works better than my stain made for animals !!! Love, love, love this iRobot-Roomba !!!❤️

I have 3 dogs and a cat with tile and carpet in the rooms. I was a little on edge spending so much on a vacuum especially as a broke college student. I purchased this, and set it up immediately. I quickly learned that you have to train it 3 times before using. Each session took about 40 minutes for just my living room. I constantly had to walk along and keep it from getting tangled in power cords. After the training sessions, the map looked correct. I set it free to vacuum. It still kept trying to go places thst the map showed as all walls. After multiple tries, I gave up and boxed it back up. Will be returning ASAP. It moves really slow, does not effectively clean. Buy a good upright vacuum, and do your floors in 1/4 the time.

I really like it and has far more control than my previous 900 series Roomba. But I have experienced technical issues both in app as well as in the device. With that being said, I expected some issues but this Roomba is still worth the purchase.

This guy is fantastic. He does great with long hair animals and takes roughly an hour to clean about 1,000ft2. Only con is that I have two kids that like to leave things laying around so I get a message every now and that men that he’s stuck.

Not a fan of floor mapping. This thing runs around bumping into everything running over edges, scratching baseboards and still cant get the floor map right. Go with a Shark, it has lazer mapping, does not run into things and mapped the home first try out the gate. Much happier now that I returned this and bought the Shark. And the shark is bagless so less out of pocket fees.

Unless I manually start it during the day, I can’t get the stupid thing to clean anything other than the room where its base is. The mapping feature clearly doesn’t work AT ALL because if you tell it which rooms to vacuum it just gives errors that it can’t get to rooms or that it had a navigation error. It’s one big open floor plan. There’s nothing obstructing it. My old original Roomba that just wanders around aimlessly at least gets everything rather than just getting confused and going home. This all makes the scheduling pretty much worthless. If I want it to clean I need to start it during the day and listen to it for hours. Then, even without help, it manages to run around and clean and return home just fine.

I'm so glad that I bought this. I've been using it for about a year now but I don't have any problems so far. It cleans much better than I expected. I don't need to vacuum any more. Yay!!

This is my second robot and first of this brand. We have a fairly large first floor of nearly 4,000 sq ft. This robot and the ability to not have to be at home to constantly empty the trash bin of the robot is priceless! This was the best purchase I have made in 2020 by far!!

Have used it a few times and i like it so far. It seems to be more affective on hard wood versus carpet. Mapping technology can be improved. The fact that you have to pay for the bags which are fairly overpriced , should make you think twice before purchasing it

Bought this on the recommendation of a friend, and it's amazing! The unit learned my entire home, separated it into rooms, and I can literally program which rooms get cleaned and when. Was successful at setting up "no fly" zones so it won't get stuck anywhere. Just beyond impressed.

I am not sure it will ever get the floor plan of my house down pat, but it does a good job. The little bugger can be quite aggressive to make sure any loose rugs or light items are off the ground. Also, babies love to chase it, so keep that in mind.

I love my Roomba better than I even thought I would!! Does a great job! Now it is a must have for me. Vacuuming kills my back.... this works perfectly! I definitely enjoy the auto bin empty ... another "must have" feature!

This is our first Roomba. We spent weeks researching robot vacuums and considered less expensive brands and models but we always came back to the i7+ and I'm glad we did! I would recommend setting up the Smart Map before having it vacuum for the 1st time though this isn't necessary. 

I have no complaints. Once it learns your home's layout it cleans it thoroughly and methodically. The app is great and lets you configure way more things than I thought. Also the disposable bag lasts way long than I imagined, and I have two cats. 10/10 would buy again.

Don't pay full price. Wait for a huge discount and you will be happy enough with this product. Not sure if it is our funky floor plan or the product, but it took a while for it to map almost accurately.

Very good at cleaning tile and wooden floor, not good at cleaning carpet. When cleaning carpet, may/may not actually vaccuum, if it doesnt get vaccuumed, it will leave a little pile of dirt somewhere. Great for pet owners.

Does a good job of vacuuming. Should have mapped before vacuuming. System wouldn’t add new areas when I first started. I added to restart map in order to map the home.

My Neato finally gave out so I decided to get this as a replacement, and I’m glad I did. No more having to empty the dust bin after every run and I can pick which rooms i want to clean or skip. It also lets me know when its done and when it needs to be emptied on my phone. Must have.
