We have a shih tzu and a 5 yr old with hair past his bottom. My husband was tired of vacuuming only to find hairs again just as he was finishing the last room. Roomba does the job without complaining and keeps our home hairless and debris free. Very much worth the price.

My Neato finally gave out so I decided to get this as a replacement, and I’m glad I did. No more having to empty the dust bin after every run and I can pick which rooms i want to clean or skip. It also lets me know when its done and when it needs to be emptied on my phone. Must have.

One of the worst purchases of any kind I've ever made. Bumps into furniture, gets stuck under furniture, is noisy, dustbin emptier quit working, unit itself quit working and now sits idle on the charging base. Customer Service, the worst I've ever encountered, has done everything to NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. They've had me service it myself: thorough cleaning, then install a new dustbin, next remove, clean, and reinstall the drive wheel assembly, and finally check all the wiring solder points and roll the unit back and forth on the floor manually. Done all this, and the unit STILL DOESN'T WORK!!! Waiting for the rep to reply; several weeks, now, and I still haven't heard from him. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE UNLESS YOU WANT PERFORMANCE HEADACHES AND MIGRAINES FROM THE CHINTZIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE/WARRANTY "SUPPORT" EVER!!!

Works as advertised but does not do a good job of cleaning up dog hair. Rolls it up in short strings and leaves it behind. Don't throw your regular vacuum away. You will still need it to get the pet hair and places where the iRobot can't reach. Very expensive for what it does.

Seems to clean ok, I just purchased and have only run a few times. My main issue is that in the specifications section it lists the vacuum as being bagless and it is not. I suppose if I had looked at the pictures in more detail I would have seen the bag but I relied on the specs section to answer my questions. I don't know that it is a big enough issue to return for a bagless Shark model (which I purchased at the same time) since the sale I got them at is over. Live and learn...

Excellent product..so far so good. Great battery life. Save us a lot of time to do other things. Overall 4 stars. The round design has little minus when it comes to 90 degree corners. Not a deal breaker. Highly recommended if you can afford it.

I was given original iRobot 2016; upgraded to the version and love it! Quiet while running and I’m using option Scheduler, to do certain parts and days of my main floor. Self cleaning is a little loud, makes me jump, because when it is working on floors it is sooo quiet.

Have been an iRobot user since the original Dirt Dog came out. Have seen the progress in these vacuums. Love how quiet it is, the app usability and that auto empty is awesome. It cleans for quite awhile, almost two hours, longer than I would. Super quiet. Love it.

An amazing product to keep your home sparkly clean! Highly recommend to pair it with the Braava Jet M6 for a complete cleaning package you will not regret. My floors have never been this clean --even with the two toddlers around who constantly drop/spill stuff all over.

This is a game changer when you have 4 dogs!!! I was emptying my other one out every 30 minutes and I love that this one empties itself! The bags last a long time too. It learned my house quickly and does a great job cleaning floors and carpet.

I have three large dogs. whose main goal in life is to shed - all over my house. I could vacuum every hour, this is how much hair is deposited on my floor every day. This vacuum is the best! It vacuums up the dog hair for me when I am cooking, at work, running an errand! What a time saver! I love it!

With two kids that constantly drop crumbs and other debris, the Roomba gets our hardwoods looking right every day! The base is a must for us and doesn’t require us to empty it every day! If you keep the parts fresh and clean it periodically, this will do great!

I was skeptical to spend this much money on a vacuum. The discount offered was enough to make it interesting. After a month of use I can say it was worth the money. I can now vacuum the entire house with a push of the button on the app. You come home to clean floors everyday.

Gkt this for a gift for my parents! And they love everu bit of it. Suprisingly how fast the future is moving. Well worth it, bought on black friday deal and they love it so much. Less work less stress. Amazing product!

I rate it two because I can't understand what IRobot engineers are doing for last 10 years. This machine keep on banging everywhere. get stuck all the time. I am fine if it doesn't clean much, but don't get lost please. Out of 3 times I tried, found it stuck in loop. J7 may be better, but can't trust the company if they can create a consistent product. If I am in a room, that's clean with no obstacles, I will better use my dyson over this garbage.

Bought this as an early Christmas present to myself. The price was excellent! The set up is easy. So far so good! I have three golden retrievers and was looking for something that would plow through all the hair.

I've ben always a big fun of Roomba. I have big dogs at home. They shed enough to make make sweaters for whole family. This roomba keeps my floor clean. When the floor is clean, it feels like the whole house is clean.

This works very well.The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn’t pick up very well around corners.Like it so much that we bought our granddaughter one for Christmas.

Constantly getting stuck under furniture. When it’s not stuck or on the charger it does a fantastic job of cleaning up.

Love my vacuum! Maps the house very well, stair detection is flawless even with my espresso floors. I have four daughters and i love having the rubber brush instead of bristles. Maintenance and interchangeable parts are very user friendly.
