I have had Neato and iRobot now. Neato the spin brush stopped working so took it for repair. Best Buy said we don't do that and replaced and we decided to buy iRobot to try. The self cleaning is great and my wife and I are happy we don't need to clean ever so often. It is faster than Neato D7 but we feel it falls short due to that. It does not clean carpets as well as D7. 1. does not have a brush and two its fast. On hard wood floor too sometimes it fails to pick up dog hair. We see remains left over. If it had brushes on both sides that would be great for this bot. It is thorough and does a decent job. There are pluses and minuses, but we will keep it due to the fact we dont have to touch it for weeks.

Been a tough time. No matter how i clean, service or maintain it, it CONSTANTLY empties the bin. So much, it doesntveven run .

I do not frequently vacuum. We decided to replace our traditional vacuum with the Roomba and are very satisfied with that decision. I haven't had the need to use a traditional vacuum since. I like how the app works to map the vacuum in my home.

Gets most reasonable dirt and pet hair. Bristles and spinners are easier to clean than most other robot vacuums. Hard to imagine not having automatic disposal.

Love it! Hazel took awhile to get used to the layout of the place but she's doing a great job. She cleans where I want, when I want and is always ready to do a room at a moment's notice. Not doing routine vacuuming is the way to go.

The robo vaccume is defective. After a sweep it doesn't sit on docking station

Constantly got lost, cleaned all over the place, and shut off. I paid a lot of money for this piece of junk.

Bought this time a couple of weeks ago to clean our rec room. We have a cat in the house and it was difficult to keep the floor clean. It has been a delight to not have to worry about the floors. Our Roomba cleans 3 rooms for us twice a week. Great item!!!

The Roomba is still learning my first floor but I am ready to get one for my second floor. Not as easy to empty the trash bag as the instructions suggest but with a needle nose pliers, quite doable.

lasted about 8 months and then pooped the bed , when it did work it would get stuck under my stove everytime, for the money not worth it

I love it when it works but I am on my 3rd one. I think I had bad luck and kept getting lemons. My new one is AMAZING works great.

I am obsessed with my roomba! I honestly don’t believe I could live without it as I am a mother of 3 kiddos! It helps me out with time to do other things I need to do in my day! Expensive but worth every penny!

In general, I like the Roomba, however we bought this expensive product and iRobot fails to put a soft bumper on the Roomba all the way around it and it bumps into baseboards and cabinets and left long scratch marks which won't come out without repainting. pretty disappointing to be honest. Roomba did not have a real response other than sending us a white plastic strip to go on a black Roomba. Looked stupid and fell off after a while. They would not acknowledge the issue nor did they even offer to fix it. They refunded us the entire amount and we still use it occasionally. Be weary of trim and cabinets being scratched.

Was worried at first due to some reviews that were iffy. However, the roomba is exactly as advertised. I have not swept since i got it. its pretty quiet, fairly quick and has not once gotten stuck. If it broke id buy a new one today.

Pro 3 has features. Siren and lights up for moving person or objects. But, at night the area is dark. Not used to this specially we had arlo pro and Arlo pro 2 for 2 yrs. The area is bright and clear. Other than that no siren.

This has been such a life saver. I have a bad shoulder which makes it difficult to use a normal vacuum on carpet, so this has been wonderful. We have a Labrador Retriever (my world) so we need the floors vacuum daily! Saves time, works awesome, gets up the dog hair!

Saves a good amount of time when it comes to vacuuming. It is not as good as manual vacuum but a scheduled everyday vacuum serves as an alternative. Brushes catch a lot of hair and dust bag quickly fills.

Vacuums the floor well. We have dark hardwood and live in a new subdivision with a lot of construction going on. Before this we used our regular vacuum and you could see the need weekly. Now it does it for us.

Works wonders around the apartment, Only issue i have with the item is that for tall rugs it tends to struggle with going over them.

When I first bought this I was in love. However, it was short lived. They just cannot leave the software alone. I design s/w for a living. There is ZERO testing. They expect the customers to work out all their bugs. No sooner do they get something fixed and they break something else. I called support, I get someone reading from a script. We try all the things suggested (which I already performed) but the problems persisted. Then I am asked to accept a link which allows support to use my phone camera to capture a video. I guess me telling them it sits and spins in a circle for 17 seconds before heading the wrong direction does make sense to them?? My current problems: 1. I have to clean the charging contacts at lease once per day, sometimes twice or it will not charge. 2. I need to reboot the robot at least once per cleaning cycle. 3. the robot cannot seem to dock itself anymore. 4. It cleans the wrong room. 5. when cleaning it make 1-4 revolutions sitting in place, then clean very slowly. 6. it gets lost on the way to a "room". 7. it runs itself out of battery power. 8. it periodically will not empty itself, it cant find the dock!! 9. it cleans incredibly slow now. Not a battery issue because it "cleans" for the same amount of time. Just doesn't move as quickly as it did. Contacting support is useless. Good people, polite, but... No resolution.
