Great gadget. If you do not have time daily to clean the house, this will be your best friend. -1 star only downfall is sometimes it gets stuck and costly. over it’s good.

It was very easy to set up the iRobot Roomba i7. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The downloading the app and connecting the Roomba was also easy to understand. Looking forward to using "Dusty" for many years to come.

Can’t believe I waited so long to pull the trigger on this. If you are on the fence please give it a shot. Had second thoughts about buying my wife a vacuum for her birthday, glad I did and she couldn’t be more happy with it.

Overall it’s better than e3, i6. Upgraded to the i7 for the mapping feature of our house to control where to vacuum and where to keep the robot out of. Makes my wife’s day easier around the house.

Worked one day returned and exchanged for j7 because they were out of i7. I7 works great 35% of the time. There is always a fault and now with less than a year old another looks like cleaning head needs replaced.

I received my product in a timely manner. I have used it on a daily bases. Haven't had any problems what so ever. I would recommend it to anybody who wants to come home to a clean house after a long day at work. I absolutely love it.

Smarter than I was thinking it would. Held back on getting this for years, but happy I pulled the trigger. This is a must for anyone with pets.

I already owned a Roomba 960 I loved, but had to empty the bin all of the time. I thought I would give this one a try and it is wvwn better than I could have hoped for and no bin emptying makes it a dream.

The map does not work well Every time I try to make it rotate in the house so that it saves all the rooms and saves it on its computer, but every time it fails and does not go to all the rooms, and some rooms photograph half of it and not the entire room, except that it does not clean in the way that I was waiting for, especially since its price is very expensive

Roomba's are the best! We have 3 of these from the lowest end to the their high end one and all are almost equally good! They remove dog hair very well. They get stuck on rugs often but that's fine.

Set up wasn't as easy as expected. With some products the app. is free with others you have to purchase the app. Check your wi-fi devices and apps. they support first. Other then that very happy with the unit.

This thing is great. With 2 kids, a dog and a cat its hard to keep up in a 3800 sqft house. Our "Luna II" (named after our dog) runs on a schedule, empty's and charges itself. Should have bought one years ago.

My wife and I were skeptical but this cleared all of that with its first run. I ran this a few times and the power it has was evident when I looked into the bag. This thing has more power than my Kirby vacuum, worth every penny.

The vacuum power is strong, though I think it picks up 80% of what's on the floor. Overall does the fair job, but I still need to do a manual human vacuum every other week at a minimum.

It’s better then Samsung’s robot vacuum. Completes the required season out half the time. It either gets stuck. Runs out of battery. Or I don’t know.

It's good but recently it exhibits docking problems, was repaired and occasionally still has docking problems.

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. She was so happy to get it. The order and pick up for this product was spot-on.

I am still learning to set up all the features to use it more effectively. Due to the pandemic and probably my age, over 75, I haven't contacted Best Buy for technical support. I do plan to do that.

If you want to keep your floors clean with little to no effort this thing is for you. Set it up to run while you are at work or in bed and it will vacuum your floors for you. Keeps the dust and pet hair picked up so you don't have too. Awesome product !!

This unit does not have the power some of the past units have had but it is the quietest of the past three series and having the vacuum feature built-in is amazing. It really works well! Good job just work on the price Roomba!
