Really a time and back saver when you have hardwood floors. Nice programing features also you to customize your cleaning area, select certain rooms, program 'no go' areas, etc. Good investment

I no longer have dogs, so I can't comment on how it picks up dog hair. It does a wonderful job of vacuuming all of my floors! I have it set to vacuum a different area every day.

Gets stuck a lot!! Have to clear the brushes a lot. Bought to help with time, but you have to sit and watch it at all times or it will stop.

I am a previous owner of the Roomba 980. I love the cleaning power of Roomba but there are several issues. First I'd like to say that both Roomba's I've owned clean great. However they get stuck about the same amount. Also I thought this updated Roomba would allow more precise location cleaning and it has not done that, the mapping system is the same compared to our previous model. Unless maybe its user error. Overall if you have the money and are always pressed for time a Roomba may suit you, just know you will have interuptions and it won't be a smooth consistent clean.

I’ve had Roomba I7 for about 2 years now. I tell my dog Champ to leave Roomba alone because she,s good, she’s cleaning. Roomba works for me and supplies are easy to order!

I'm very happy with this product. Got a great advise and assistance from the best buy assistant. Should have bought it long ago. The house is big and it will save us a good time to do other thing.

Very excited to buy this robot vacuum!! After having it for 3 months it’s ok nothing special. I feel like the price is to much for what it does. It’s picks up great but there is always something going on with it. First the rubber rollers on it mess up if it runs over any hair, the hair will actually cut into the rollers. The bin is always clogged or full. The filter, brush and rollers are pretty expensive.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the trash bin is TINY compared to my old Roomba that didn’t empty itself. Other than stopping to empty itself several times, it’s a must have!!!

A nice but expensive convenience that has done a great job of keeping my floor clean. I would recommend buying the knockoff Chinese vacuum tower bags as the irobot ones are very pricey.

Although this Robot vacuum saves me time, there are clumps of dog hair left on the rugs, In all fairness, I have a golden retriever and also the reason I purchased this vacuum, but the clumps left behind aren't good. Today, I had to take the rollers off and clean clumps of hair stuck in the rollers and the wheel. I run this vacuum every other day so didn't think it would clog this quickly and leave clumps.... any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

BEST PURCHASE EVER! I was hesitant to buy but now that I have I’m extremely happy. This is by far the smartest robot vacuum on the market. It covers every inch of our home flawlessly!

I have a two cats and one dog , this is a amazing helper. It's my 3rd robot and this one is the best. Quiet and smart.

Just love the vacuum. My entire first floor is hardwood. This vacuum cleans everywhere. Gives me one less chore to do. Love that it goes back to it,s home when the battery is low and empties it's self.

nifty little gadget and it cleans very well. Only seems to go in one direction though. I'll have to play with it some and see if I can figure out how to make clean in the other direction

Smooth operator Love being able to preset to run while everyone is at work or school. Coming home to a clean floor just puts you in a good mood

We have had to replace the roller head before a year, then the whole machine by a year in a half. I wouldn’t have but I bought insurance.

We’ve had it 5 months. Initially it worked fine. For about the past two weeks we’ve received an error message saying to empty the bin. It is empty. We’ve tried all the fixes we’ve seen online. It continues to not work. From what I’m discovering, this appears to be a relatively common problem. So, 3 stars. When it works, it’s fine. When it doesn’t, it’s quite frustrating…particularly given the price and that it’s only a few months old.

Great vacuum it can give you trouble on thick carpet but it still works fine! I would say it’s one of the greatest robot vacuums out there and it’s great at picking up debris

I have 4 cats . One Litter box . I have allergies. This takes car of all the fur , dust , litter tracks every day before I get home . Clam "robot name" it's the single most useful purchase I've ever made

Great for daily maintenance but deep cleaning is still necessary. We have dogs, and this does a good job keeping the tumbleweeds of fur away during the week.
