The vacuum itself worked well (for a few months) but the fact that I have now had to send it in for the same repair twice is outrageous. I've made call after call with iRobot support resetting the robot, taking pictures and videos of the problem, moving it room to room, only to continue to get the same error. They finally told me they would repair it, but made me pay for the box and packaging (not an issue if you had those things already). After over a week, I got the vacuum back, set everything back up in the app and ran it through my house to learn the rooms again. Just a few days after it was returned, I started getting the same error as before. I called to tell them of the issue and they told me I had to send the unit back in for another repair. So within the last month, it has successfully cleaned my home one time. The vacuum did work well at first which is why I'm not giving it one star. The problem is that parts and filters get expensive quick and even with brand new rollers, it still pushed my dogs hair from room to room as opposed to picking it up. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this vacuum and in no way would ever recommend that anyone purchase an iRobot product. I expected much better from a $1,000 vacuum.

Mapping is tricky and time consuming. You must be home to accomplish it.

The new software is great. It maps out the rooms in your and then you can pick which rooms you want to clean. The automatic bin removal system is state of the art.

Love it. No problems so far. So glad I bought it. Much more efficient then the other one I have.

its ok. The only reason I love it is because I hate vacuuming and now I just don't have to do that. However, we have four kids, two dogs, and two cats and I can only run one room at a time and then take it apart to clean it. The dust bag needs replacing every two weeks, not every few months like it claims. if the sensors are even a little bit dusty, it won't empty itself.

Good but sometime robot hit my furnitures so hard . Maybe I should return and change another kind . Thanks

Only negative is it seems to go over the same area several times so it takes a bit longer to clean, but in reality not sure that is a bad thing.

One brush for a vacuum at this price point is outrageous. I currently have the Ecovacs and I grew tired of the issues with the app decided to pick this up. After getting great feedback via word of mouth from a friend. I didnt bother check the pictures as I normally word. After picking up the vacuum I noticed it only had one brush didnt open and returned a few days later.

I am personally impressed with the quality of cleaning this does. The only caviar is the amount of time it takes for cleaning.

This is a great upgrade to my older model. It is much quieter except when it is emptying. The pick-up is fantastic.

This helps me out during week when I’m at work in on cleaning my floors. My kids got this for me so I could spend extra time with them.

Love it. Makes it so much easier to keep the floor dust up. Just have to use the other sweeper where the roomba doesn’t get

Me and my floors couldn't be happier. Works as described with an intuitive and easy to use App. Vacuum is quiet and the Auto empty is a godsend.
