Problematic

I've had to factory reset this thing twice in a year. Runs into everything and all my furniture is marked up. Suctions is lacking. The replacement bags are overpriced and it says they are full when the bag is only halfway full. Money making scam IMO. Surely they could of made it bagless. This is my second Roomba, the first one got returned within 10 days, this one I'm stuck with because I can't return it. I won't be buying a roomba until they can get suction that actually cleans your floors.

Not so durable

The devices was functioning well till the 8th month or so. Than it kept getting stopped and requested repair to be done to the brush. Luckily I had a protection plan through geeks squad. I replaced this unit for the s9 version.
