Works great on laminate flooring.

Vacuum is great but auto empty is spotty

It is advertised for pet households but auto empty only works 1 out of 3 times. The vacuum itself work quite well on our tile floors. We do not have any carpet.

Not good for large homes

I needed to return it because it took too long and got lost in between rooms. Not to mention it couldn’t find it’s way back to it’s station.

Negatives: I've purchased two, and returned two. After about 30-40 days, it loses communication with the base. It will not find the base, period. I've followed ALL recommended interventions with no success. I've had to set the unit on the base, and then manuver it carefully, taking a great deal of time, in order to make it match the tiny charging units, each time the battery is low. Also, this does not clean carpet. DO NOT expect that! It swirls and gathers pet hair, which does make it easier to vacuum, but it doesn't get things like that.
