Is a great idea to have a Smart vacuum, in this case, the WiFi on the device Keeps loosing signal.

3 because The instructions for setting this up are lacking in many areas. No step by step instructions only pictures. You can do better.

It doesn't work out well for me, i had to return it twice and still didn't get to use it

We had alot of issues with this after a month of ownership. After dealing with iRobot for over 6 months and mailing the vacuum back and forth to their company, they finally sent us a completely new i7+. We still have periodical issues, but it was nothing like the previous one. I would not buy this again.

I returned the item, so I have no real review. Nothing wrong, just not ready for it with many dogs

Owned this for less than a year loved it at first and now we hate it. It gets at least 1 error every single time it is used for absolutely no reason. Absolute piece of junk and we will be using our warrantyin less than a year.

This worked extremely well for the first month. Since then I can never get it to work now. It doesn’t connect to the app and stops in random locations not finishing the job. Def on my list of top 5 worst purchases I’ve made in my entire life.

It always stop in the middle of my carpet and tells me to clean brushes.

No good ! It gets stuck and do whatever it wants ,I tried everything and even spoke to customer service they sent me a replace blades and some other part,same thing it doesn’t respond to the app besides make a weird loud noise. Don’t buy it!

Love the vacuum, what i dont love is best buy not honoring thier price match policy. Two weeks after i bought it its a hundred dollars cheaper and instead of just giving me the difference i have to pack up the vacuum and return it. Well the new one wont ve bought at best buy

If you have a small apartment, with furniture blocking areas and with not much open space, this machine is unble to perform very well. I had to move my table, chairs, shoe rack, etc before and afterwards for the machine to clean. It did clean well. Its time consuming if you need to I follow it around and make way for its cleaning.

The problem with it is that you can't really tell it what to do and where to go!!!

The irobot I vacuum cleaner does a good job. It was easy to add the app and it shows you on your phone where it is vacuuming and maps out the area. We have animals and it really helps with the shedding. I read some reviews that it’s loud. I have not found that to be true. It is certainly a lot quieter than my plug in vacuum cleaners. It does not interrupt with TV or radio. So far we love it.

Would not recommend the clean base at all. Mine gave out 5 months after the one year warranty. So, really if you want to replace it often this is for you. There is a lot of robot maintenance that this was supposed to cut back on but really half the time youre emptying the bin yourself.

Never worked. Set up and started to make a map of room, when it needed charged I hooked it up to the charger (let it go to the station to charge) and it never charged. Extremely sad buy:(

I keep getting error messages that the air filter needed to be changed. I ran the vacuum twice and since it was brand new why would the air filter need to be changed? I checked the air filter and there wasn’t a speck of dirt on it. So I called iRobot and the customer service rep said he needed to send me two parts that I needed to change on the vacuum. My question is why would I need to do that since it’s brand new never been out of the box other the vacuum was defective? I’m packing it back in the and returning it.

It has good and bad days. Lately the self cleaner says it full a lot quicker.

We absolutely loved it but it broke in less than a month.
