    Based on the price and claims is not delivering what it promises. It says it is good for carpet and hardwood floors, it is not… I bought another brand for 130ish and it do exactly the same. I feel is extremely overpriced.

    Was great but now having issues with *Error 26*. It was more trouble than worth. Might as well get a better vaccum and do it yourself. The constant cleaning of sensors, etc makes this a PITA instead of helping. Wish i could return it for a full refund.

    Useless, :(, I am on my second i7 which i purchased to replace my 890 roomba. The 890 worked. The i7 hasn't finished a job in weeks and hasn't even left the dock in 2 days. I reboot it, I call support, and it says it's stuck (its on the dock) or it says it can't access the map, or it's dust bin is full (i just cleaned). It's never the same issue. I have been tempted to throw it down the stairs a time or two. I'm still hoping support can fix it but I've been talking to them for 3-4 weeks now. I hope I just got a bad one and this can be resolved, otherwise it's a really expensive piece of furniture.

    All the features don’t work due to software issues that irobot is completely aware of but only lets you know once you call about the issue. That is shady. Vacuum power is fine but the smart features that have issues is why you buy it in the first place.

    Originally bought the i3 then returned it and paid $200 for the upgrade to get this i7 because I wanted the mapping feature to be able to select certain rooms to clean instead of the whole house. It worked great until 3 days after the return date expired. Now almost all the time, no matter what room I set a 'Job' for , it always goes to the closest room to base. Then if i pick it up and move it to the room I want cleaned, after cleaning that room, it'll get lost and cannot find its way back to the charging base, so then I pick it up and have to position it back in front of the charging cradle. Honestly, by the time I do all this, I could have just used a regular hand vacuum in the same amount of time.

    Big Heads up to the buyers. If you are looking for a proper customer support on this product I would suggest you not to buy this product. Very very very poor customer support. I bought this last year July. I started seeing issues since October. In November, they asked me to send it to the repair center. They didn't provide repair center details. I made lots of calls. No response through emails or calls. After so many calls they responded in January 2022. Now they are asking me to send all irrelevant information. Instead of focusing on fixing the issue they keep making excuses to not to resolve it.

    Our roomba is fairly decent, but at the price point I cannot recommend this product. A few issues that we have had: Its first few runs, it slammed into the walls and as scuffed the front end of it as white (the wall color). I also have a dog who has a few bones. The roomba struggles to go over the bones and managers to suck them up. One of the more recent times, it gripped the bones between the two rollers and it couldnt suck it up far enough, nor remove it. I had to manually do it. Therefore, I dont think its a good product as its not doing its job or ignoring things on the floor.

    Returning I think it is defective. Today it was. It charging all the way, didn’t get the kitchen or front room. Other days is vacuums front room twice, something is wrong with this

    Unfortunately it seems like this thing instead of cleaning just grinds stuff up I to the carpet. After vaccuming with a standard vaccum a fine powder gets lifted out of the carpet which didn't exist before we purchased this.

    Horrible product, you spend a thousand dollars and out of the box you have software issues that can’t be resolved because it can’t connect to their cloud for the proper software. They definitely know about the problem but have no fix for it.

    Love it, but hate the dumpster. After owning if for like 6 months. It never empties. You can do a full cleaning on this thing according to the manual. It'll empty once, then just wont work again.

    This roomba came to me fully charged I ran it once and it returned to the charging dock and never charged again. For a whopping thousand dollars I am obviously very disappointed in this product.
