The iRobot broke on the first day! We returned it and got a shark robot vacuum and are super happy with the shark!!!

Does not suction well, will be returning. Was hoping the upgrade would be better, not worth it.

HORRIBLE, every other day it gets logged out from the "Myaccount" on my mobile. Then when it is not logged out it takes a long time to log in again. Just the process of the logging in I can vacuum manually my rooms instead of wasting time. IT IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I HATE THIS PROCESS. No other device does this to me. Then it keep asking me OVER and OVER if it did good for a survey, each time I demand not to ask again but it does it AGAI and AGAIN. I wish I could have return it.

Purchased open box item but it would not initialize or complete the setup so I sent it back. It was not really “excellent” condition. I spent an hour cleaning it only to find out it did not work. To top it off the return process is slow. Best Buy recieved it back almost 3 weeks ago and I have not been refunded.

Wont connect to the app at all. I have to run it manually and the step sensor does not seem to be working well, it keeps falling down. I spent hours in setting it up and reinstalling it, but cant seem to get it to work. Customer service sends a 3 page long email asking me to go through the set up again. Products can have issues but customer service was not really helpful either, cant expect me to go through few more hours of debugging and set up all over again.

This is way over priced for what it is. I was very disappointed in its performance. I really believe these type of vacuums are just an expensive conversation piece.

It does not connect to the home base properly and does not clean automatically. Have called several times and still no corrections.

Stopped working after 2 weeks. Had to return after purchasing dozens of replacement parts.

Was not happy with this item at all. In fact we returned it. We tried out the item at home after purchase. The vacuum ran around the main floor for more than 1 hour and picked up only the very smallest amount of dirt. We have cats, so cat hair alone should have filled the unit in much less time. The item was just completely ineffective.

Cool to talk about if you're at a party or your entire place has hard floors. If you have any carpet or rugs... get a Dyson if you actually want them to be clean.

Bettery dies after two small bedrooms. Not what I expected.

I wish I wouldn't have purchased this Roomba. All it does is put little piles of dog hair all around my house. It's great on hard woods but don't buy it if you have dogs with long hair. I have a Aussie Shepherd and the robot doesn't suck up any of his hair.

I liked this vacuum, until it stopped working…I love the app and how easy it is to schedule cleanings, name rooms etc, but this is the second Roomba we’ve had to replace. I’ve learned to get the protection plans for them, totally worth the added cost. The issue we ended up having with this model was that it started to have trouble emptying the bin and charging so it would never finish vacuuming the entire house. I keep up with the maintenance and keep it clean so the ongoing issues we’ve had are frustrating, especially w the price of the products. I switched to a diff brand and it was even worse so it was returned. On to the next model with hopes it performs better and lasts longer than the last 2!

Worked great for the first month then I had to constantly keep re-mapping my floors like once a week. It kept running at times it wasn’t set up for. It was cleaning the floors at all. I would see the same areas that had crumbs or dirt or dog hair over and over and it wouldn’t pick it up. I would end up running the regular vacuum more and more the same as I did before purchasing the iRobot. Very disappointed in this product for what you pay for.

Got stuck and battery died all the time, the mapping didn’t work, great idea but terrible product

I currently have a 14 to 15 month old “brick”sitting in my house that cost $800. Im not happy.

I wish I could return. I bought for my mom as a Christmas gift. It doesn’t do nearly as good as my roborock does. It barely picks up the dirt.

Was so excited to make this purchase. For $800 I expected a lot. Doesn’t pick up the best. Constant errors. More work than using vacuum.

We have had the vacuum for less than 2 months and it stopped working. It shoots an error code and no matter what we do, it will not work. I do NOT recommend purchasing this item. Plus the manager at the store was not helpful at all when we tried to return it.

Will not keep a charge, I am returning. Very disappointed.
