IT IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I HATE THIS PROCESS.

Then when it is not logged out it takes a long time to log in again. Just the process of the logging in I can vacuum manually my rooms instead of wasting time. IT IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I HATE THIS PROCESS. No other device does this to me. Then it keep asking me OVER and OVER if it did good for a survey, each time I demand not to ask again but it does it AGAI and AGAIN. I wish I could have return it.

Don’t purchase open box

It was not really “excellent” condition. I spent an hour cleaning it only to find out it did not work. To top it off the return process is slow. Best Buy recieved it back almost 3 weeks ago and I have not been refunded.

bought this to save time not hours every week

I have to run it manually and the step sensor does not seem to be working well, it keeps falling down. I spent hours in setting it up and reinstalling it, but cant seem to get it to work. Customer service sends a 3 page long email asking me to go through the set up again. Products can have issues but customer service was not really helpful either, cant expect me to go through few more hours of debugging and set up all over again.

Very Disappointing Results

We tried out the item at home after purchase. The vacuum ran around the main floor for more than 1 hour and picked up only the very smallest amount of dirt. We have cats, so cat hair alone should have filled the unit in much less time. The item was just completely ineffective.

Terrible with long dog hair.

All it does is put little piles of dog hair all around my house. It's great on hard woods but don't buy it if you have dogs with long hair. I have a Aussie Shepherd and the robot doesn't suck up any of his hair.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked this vacuum, until it stopped working…I love the app and how easy it is to schedule cleanings, name rooms etc, but this is the second Roomba we’ve had to replace. I’ve learned to get the protection plans for them, totally worth the added cost. The issue we ended up having with this model was that it started to have trouble emptying the bin and charging so it would never finish vacuuming the entire house. I keep up with the maintenance and keep it clean so the ongoing issues we’ve had are frustrating, especially w the price of the products. I switched to a diff brand and it was even worse so it was returned. On to the next model with hopes it performs better and lasts longer than the last 2!

It kept running at times it wasn’t set up for. It was cleaning the floors at all. I would see the same areas that had crumbs or dirt or dog hair over and over and it wouldn’t pick it up. I would end up running the regular vacuum more and more the same as I did before purchasing the iRobot. Very disappointed in this product for what you pay for.

It shoots an error code and no matter what we do, it will not work. I do NOT recommend purchasing this item. Plus the manager at the store was not helpful at all when we tried to return it.
