Cleaning head needed to be replaced after 3 weeks. Unable to exchange at Best Buy because they are not carting this model anymore. Roomba did send a replacement cleaning head but I’m hoping this won’t be a constant need bc a cleaning head is about $130

I had this product and after a month the charging station stopped working. I thought maybe that it was bad luck so I exchanged the product using my best buy warranty. After about two weeks the same issue happened. So now I'm gonna return this product for my money. I don't have time to keep returning the product.

I liked everything about my Roomba i7+ except its battery life. I wish the battery life was longer. It is easy to use, mapping features is very good. I have paired it with my Alexa and Google assistant with no problem. The self-emptying feature is an added convenience.

Largest waste of money yet. It stopped emptying itself after a couple of months. Takes 8 ours to do what a vacuum can do in thirty minutes. If you are not home to baby it, it will need you to empty it, clean sensors, or get it unstuck.

Returned. Cannot use in our home due to too many obstacles.

Bought this for Christmas, and a few weeks later, it won't work. Keep getting error messages saying there's a problem with the filter. We've cleaned it several times, and still won't work. Spent way too much money to have this thing crap out in less than a month.

We had this vacuum for 2 weeks. Taking it back. Out of 14 nights, it only finished the entire job 3 times. Everything was off the floor. Either gave up after 20 minutes and went back to charge or just stopped for no reason.

Unfortunately this product is leaving trails of dirt. I purposely purchased this newer and higher priced model to avoid this issue. I am expecting the gift recipient to seek warranty assistance and/or return/replace.

Does not pick up ANY pet hair off of my carpet. Disappointed. If you have shedding dogs and carpet - DON’T BUY!

Love the little robot. Only the charge does not last very long. However, is smart to go home and charge again. Does an amazing job on cleaning floors. We have a dog and two cats, the robot spooks them a little but not bad. They get used to it.

Been waiting on a replacement from iRobot for months, they keep saying it’s on back order, funny you can still buy a new vacuum with a charger while we’re looking at a useless piece of plastic in our living room!

Today March 21 my Roomba 7 has failed, I don’t know what is happening but it stop cleaning. No more warranty at Best Buy just after 3 months. Poor quality and poor post sales service.

I won't recommend this vacuum I had to go back to best buy 3 times with the same issue can't empty the bin communication error. don't buy!!!

Only had just shy of a year n vaccume motor died Worked nice till then...most of the time

Spent full price on this, when I received it, I could tell that it was obviously opened and used before. Pretty deceitful move on the part of Best Buy for not providing me what I paid for.

Missed spots and dragged hair around from pets. Terrible product. Spoke with customer service they had me do some checks everything appeared good but it continued to leave tracks.

Terrible, I have to reboot it every time it cleans and it does not empty.

Does a great job. Goes under furniture, beds, chairs. Thiis vacuum is a lifesaver. Wife has had hip replacement and this product helps immensely. So glad i purchased this for us.

Have been using for a month in a home with 3 dogs. It keeps our hard floors and area rugs spotless daily. Not as quiet as expected but works great.
