Dont waste your money. Unless you have flat floors and no obstacles this is q garbage vacuum. Good luck trying to grt help from roomba too.

Ive had this right at 2 years. Works great and I’ve been pleased with it. I keep up on all maintenance with OEM parts but arriving at the 2 year mark, its reliability has fallen dramatically. I’ve run this on a schedule averaging 15 minutes nightly 4 nights a week. Now it nearly always reports “stuck” ( middle of a clear floor), or does not complete a job for onecreason ir other. Wish this was built to last. If you dont mind teplacing it every ither year its great.

Robot can't keep map and doesn't consistently complete jobs. I have been on the phone with support many times and I am still having issues

Love this smart little vacuum! ! It was very easy to get set up and ready to use. It does a wonderful job too. Works great around table legs.

I have a short haired dog and the roomba does a good job. I have a Dyson that I use once a week for a deep cleaning. It’s been a month now and no problems. It cleans 800 sq feet of carpet and 200 sq feet of linoleum about 3 to 4 times each week. I let it clean the whole house. I don’t use any of the features that are available in the map. I am elderly and don’t know how or care to learn about it. If I don’t want it to clean a certain room I close that door. It’s pretty simple to operate.

This has your typical Roomba “issues” like clogging and small dirt reservoirs. The internal bags fill up really quickly and you’re supposed to replace them but economically that’s not realistic for most households. We just empty the internal bag as much as possible. The vacuum does very well on out hardwood and tile. We don’t have carpet so that performance is unknown. The emptying function is REALLY loud. We have a 1500 sq ft house and it typically has to empty 3 times each job.

Not made for a bigger home. The quality of the produce is in doubt.

This vacuum is great at everything but picking up dog hair and getting crumbs up in corners. For the price it’s not worth it.

Disappointed. Just be aware. Cleaning module will need a replacement after 3-4 months. Price for item. $64.99

Ive had this robot now for about 5 years and it's absolutely great! Has been cleaning all the rooms in the house and has been able to go between the different floors. Been able to get all the parts needed just for regular maintenance on it and has been a huge help with daily cleaning. I also have a dog and he has short hair that gets everywhere so its nice to have this help clean every day.

Did a great job for eight days. Charging station no longer works. Will be returning it to best buy.

So easy to get stuck. The dust bin can’t be cleared only after using it for few times

Works great for general dust, small particles, etc. Excellent on hard floors. We have a long haired cat & her hair clumps on our carpets. While it does the job, hair tends to get wound up around the brush mechanism. It's easy enough to cut away, but kind of a pain to have to remember to do so. Navigates obstacles impressively well, but is a tad rough for delicate furniture. Easy enough to set "no go" areas though!

My roomba didn’t come with a virtual wall barrier thinking about returning it.

Great vacuum. Only downside is short battery life.

I was a complete skeptic as to how well this vacuum would work and how “intelligent” it really would be…but I am a 100% fan after purchasing and using it. It does such a good job of vacuuming, and is very good at navigating and mapping and getting all the areas of my home figured out. I would highly recommend.

I purchased this as a gift for my gf at Christmas. After doing some research it came down to the roomba i7 and the shark. They both have self emptying tanks. The shark seemed a little loud and had problems linking to alexa. So glad i purchased the roomba. This vacuum is amazing and really gets floors clean. Picks up our pet hairs with a breeze. If you are thinking about getting a robot vac you can not go wrong with the i7. There was some trouble shooting with mapping of the house but once i figured it out we had no problems. But with any robot vac it may get stuck in areas like a sliding door rail or stuck under a piece of furniture. So i would just keep eye on it while its running. We do other chores while vacuum is running. It really saves time on the wk end when we clean. My gf loves it and had wanted one for a long time. Really made her christmas morning and we have little more free time with less cleaning. You can also name your robot. We named ours sally lol. We just tell alexa to have sally start cleaning while eating breakfast and off she goes. One more tip make sure all little stuff like shoes, pet toys, pet beds etc are picked up off floor so roomba can map and clean areas while mapping.. It also has no problem going around or underneath furniture. But there is a little maintenance for robot. Clean rollers, wheel, bin, filter and sensors. All directions are in app with videos really simple. They recommend every 2 weeks. We did ours for first time and there was stuff all in those thinks. Like all vacuums it will get dirty. But only took like 10 minutes to do again really simple. Hope this review helps anyone looking to make a purchase.

My review of the iRobot Rooma i7+ vacuum which we had now for about a month. First things first, this iRobot Roomba i7+ is iRobot’s Roomba top of the line model, but other models have similar capabilities and work with Smart Phones, Amazon Alexa Voice control. This Model when its full, will empty itself into its own floor disposal unit after each use which has disposable bags which cost $16.99 for three on iRobot web site. In a month, we haven’t filled one of those bags yet. You can use vacuum by pushing the clean button on the vacuum and it will go ahead and clean whole house. If you are uncomfortable using smart phone or have no experiencing using wi-fi, Alexa, or Smart devices you will not be able to take full advantage of iRobot’s capabilities unless someone helps you. We have 5 cats, 3 dogs, 2 birds, all of which leave their fur, hair, yard sand, feathers all over the place and I would say the i7 cleans about 90% of the floor. Using My Smart Phone and iRobot’s App I created a schedule that works for us. I have it clean the living room, dining room and kitchen on Monday, Friday at 9am. I have it clean the whole house Wednesday at 9am in less than 2 hours and if it has empty itself or need recharging I will do so and then continue where it left off. I have it clean the living room and kitchen and dining room on Saturday at 10am and at 2pm Saturday clean the rest of the house, this as we are doing our general weekend cleaning. If I need it to clean anytime other then the schedule, using my smart phone or Alexa Voice Control I have it clean any room. and it will ask you which room you want cleaned. Now remember the Robot is not intended to replace you regular vacuum, you will still have to move objects in your house and vacuum places where the Robot can’t get too Using it now for a month it got stuck one time and when it did it notified me by audible notification and by smart phone when it did get stuck and then it continues where it left off. It notified me once when the contacts on the i7+ needed the contacts cleaned so it could communicate with the collection unit. If it gets full the i7+ robot will empty itself and then continue cleaning. If the battery runs down during cleaning it will also return to base and recharge and the continue where it left off. With the schedule we created to clean we noticed we don’t have that sandy feeling on the floors that the dogs bring in every day. It goes back and forth covering the entire floor but where something blocks it will clean all around the object as much as possible and if it senses a lot of dirt it works that area more. I would recommend the iRobot i7+ vacuum without hesitation.
