The robot will get stuck randomly in the middle of the floor when there is nothing for it to get stuck on. On top of that it doesn’t return to the dock to empty when it’s full during a cleaning. I leaves piles of dirt in certain areas that we have to clean the whole robot everytime during use to even get a cleaning done. We got the tower so we didn’t have to do that everytime but we still have to. It will also be on the dock but not charging. It’s almost easier to just clean the floors yourself rather then messing around with this thing continuously. I have had to return the robot once because it kept giving me an error in the middle of cleaning. Keep in mind the area it cleans is a pretty small area. I gave it 2 stars rather then one because when it does work it cleans pretty good. But the amount of time it takes to get it to even work is frustrating. I have to continuously lift the robot up and physically put it back on the dock. And yes we make sure all the lights are on during cleaning and docking.

The service was amazing and we love the product. Looking to get another one.

Very quiet while running, self emptying is a little loud. I love that goes in rows. So far it has been great. My older model was loud and all over the place.

This product is able to cover and clean my 2700sq ft home and surprisenly does a good job. A bit loud but I utube this product and it was one of the lowest in decibel. I only wish I would've purchased the system with mopping. It really works and is very helpful.

The robot does not properly pick up light dog hair on low carpet. This robot will pick up some hair temporarily...before depositing it elsewhere in the house. My dog is a light to moderate shedder. The carpet is a low-pile. I live in a temperate area with moderate humidity. In short, it’s a fairly unremarkable environment for a vacuum. I have contacted iRobot customer service multiple times, and support has yet to solve this problem or replace the vacuum, even though my machine was still under warranty when the process began months ago. With a couple of pleasant exceptions, long wait times, poor guidance, and a lack of communication have been hallmarks of my experience. As one example, a customer support rep told me that, for the robot to work, I should periodically spray my carpet with a laundry anti-static spray. Or, alternatively, I need to “increase the humidity in my house.” I followed their instructions (though it seems pretty odd to me that I should have to walk around my house spraying my carpet with anti-static spray and using a humidifier just to get my vacuum to...well, vacuum), but it still didn't work. Most recently, I sent it off for a (second) repair at iRobot’s request, and iRobot returned it saying that they were unable to duplicate the problem. This despite me sending pictures and a video of the Roomba spitting out hair. This is the second time they have returned the machine claiming that they could not duplicate the issue. I have spent literally hours with support staff, and -- at bottom -- there have been no results. I really WANT this to work -- but I'm at the end of my tether with this failed device (and probably the company as a whole). The one redeeming factor it has is that the software is excellent, and the machine is easy to use. In other words: If it actually worked, it would be awesome. Either the machine I have is a dud, and iRobot's customer service has taken hours and hours to find no solution and offered no replacement ... or the vacuum doesn’t work well. Either way, I’m very disappointed.

Its really a big help when your'e working and by the time to come home your floor is already clean

Does what it said it would, easy to program my wife loves it so much we also have the i9 upstairs & the i7 downstairs.

This is my first roomba, and I’m super happy with it. It was a bit expensive, but it’s well worth it. I have 2 small kids and and 2 labs. This thing picks up so much dirt, debris, and the dog hair. Having it empty it’s own dust bin was the key selling feature for me. This things goes and empties itself when it’s full and go back to cleaning where it left off.

Overall clean well worth some issues, such as getting back onto the docking station correctly. Definitely a time saver for me with all the dog hair.

Best Buy helped me and my wife to get this I7 roomba robot vacuum to help us with cleaning our house. Especially when you have dog, bunny and birds making mess all around - I7 comes to the rescue throughout the week. Will recommend all pet owners definitely to go for it.

Does deep cleaning & very easy to handle via application.

This is hands down some of the best $$ I've ever spent. It works flawlessly I love the integration with Amazon Alexa and being able to have it clean a specific room or area. I recently purchased a braava jet M6 to pair with it. It does an excellent job of keeping my floors clean.

I am absolutely thrilled with this vacuum however I thought I was ordering a Roomba that has a light. This one does a great job but wish I had been more careful and ordered the right Roomba! My mistake!

This a a grate overall Roomba but my only complaint is that it have trouble finding its home base nothing else to complain about

So far so good, it takes awhile to map out house but excited to have it programmed to a schedule. Had one before but pets messed it up. Not Roomba’s fault, this one seems to recognize when you are having issues vacuuming. That’s a great feature.

Got this for the wife as a Christmas gift. This thing is great. It learned the floor plan in 3 runs. We setup the rooms. Now we can tell it to clean individual rooms or the whole house. Does a great job cleaning too. It’s a bit expensive but it does what it says. If you have. The $$$ I say buy it.

You don’t have to do anything. It vacuums and empties itself on its home base. The only thing you have to do is empty the home base bag every mo th or so. Why did I wait so long to get this? Floors are always clean. If you are hesitant, don’t be. You’ll love it.

The freezer we bought works great. However, it was dented in a few places and after seeing how it was handled in the store I understand why. The photos I submitted are just after I unpacked the freezer.
