It's a great product if you can do your own troubleshooting. I often have problems with errors but my app makes it very easy to troubleshoot on my own. I have to clean about once a week/Sometimes more (which is recommended anyways). I don't have to change the bags often and I run my roomba over my 1900sqf home 4x week with one dog, a long haired cat, and messy toddler. This roomba is worth its price point compared to other robot vacuums.

This is my wife's favorite vacuum cleaner. I did have to use a 2X3 piece of wood to raise the king size bed, night stand tables and dresser so that the iRobot could get under the furniture. It was somewhat hard to map out all the different room to clean. Had to make sure that the kitchen did not spill the cats water bowl. Once all the rooms got mapped, using you phone makes it very easy to clean specific rooms daily.

Very good product and we have done around 8 runs so far. It’s noisy at night especially when it cleans and empties itself so best to run during the day when you are away. The bag is small and lasts me around 2 runs before I use a brand new bag. Those are conveniently available to buy in bulk on Amazon. Cleans like a pro but takes around 3-4 hours with 1 charge in between to complete 1200 ft.

This thing lasted 1 year. For the last year I have to struggle to charge the thing. Does not sit on charging base correctly. Had issues with the vacuum storage bin. Error said it was clogged. Not clogged. The worst thing I’ve bought from Best Buy.

It does the job for you and is very handy. Just turn it on. It maps, cleans, charges and empty itself

This device is really busy at our home. We love it helps tremendously.

Does a great job at vacuuming. Learns the house well and best of all it empties it’s self. Pricey but worth it.

I have two dogs and a cat and after a couple of days the house is covered in hair. The roomba i7 keeps the house cleaner than it has ever been and is able to get under couches, TV stands, beds which my Dyson could never fit under. Getting automatic dirt disposal is the only way to go. It I didn't have that, I would have to intervene 2 times for each cleaning. Now, I can go 2-3 weeks without having to touch the roomba and that is to dispose of the dirt bag and put in a new one. This thing is a life changer!

This has been amazing. The mapping took a couple runs, but now it’s great. I love the ability to do specific rooms and identify keep out zones. I have to large dogs and no more dog hair, but I do change the bags more often then sixty days (not surprised). I did clean the bags out and reuse too vs immediately change

Easy setup. Learned our home and works till the job is done!

With 4 small dogs, 2 cats, a guinea pig and 2 teenagers this iRoomba never rests and finally, I am able to rest. My floors are clean and one of many daily chores has been eliminated. I’m very frugal so I was tormented to purchase something I considered a luxury gadget but I should’ve bought this years ago. It works just like it is advertised to do. Sorry to gush over a gadget but it is money very well spent.

This is our second iRobot product- as we owned one of the first gen Roomba vacuums in our old house. We got this unit on sale, but honestly it would have even been worth the full price. We have hard floors throughout, with rugs in most rooms. This unit transitions seamlessly, and manages to pick up tiny, thin dog hairs with ease. It takes a few "trips" to learn the house layout, so we are still letting it learn our home and the schedules. A+ thus far.

Average performance. Great on carpet, Average on hard floor.

At first it was painful to watch Rosie learn the layout. It was very clunky at first, ramming in the wall several times, going over the same spot. But after a few runs and some updates, Rosie is working so well! If you have a big house, definitely have the robot clean in smaller sections, it works so much better! I almost never have to vacuum. I usually just go and sweep up some places and corners the robot can’t get to. I have 2 dogs and it does a great job getting up all the dog hair.

Except for the noise that the Disposal makes, they did everything right on this. I hope they take the room mapping to their mops.

Does a great job and very easy to set up. The app is outstanding. Don’t know how I ever did without it.
