My wife wanted one of these for Christmas last year and I thought she was kidding. She dropped enough hints this year about Me not buying one last year so I didn’t make the same mistake twice. We’ve had this iRobot for about a week and so far so good. It’s still in the learning and mapping phase but seems to work pretty efficiently. Would recommend. Plus, the wife loves it.

It worked fine for 2 weeks, I kid you not, two weeks. after that different errors. It would die in the middle of a work and won't find the base. Sometimes died in front of the base. IRobot tech support was a total joke. Still, they have not responded to my several emails. Like you are on your own after you spend hundreds of dollars on this thing. Also, there is a picture database that Roomba holds that you do not have access to. You must request to delete those images from your house, yourself and god knows what else. This is. a huge red flag!!!!!!

Excellent costumer services, very professional and fast

Can only review this based on the little less than month I’ve had it. So far I enjoy this roomba. Upgraded from a Roomba 960 that I had for several years. Enjoy the automatic emptying of the bin. Leaves lines in the carpet so you can definitely tell where it’s vaccumed. Somewhat loud like the 960 but I have it set to run while I sleep or to start when I leave the house so really doesn’t bother me.

Dj roomba is wondering once he getting to know your house. Training the roomba is a project but with time gets better. There is no where this thing won’t be able to go. I have gym foam flooring in my home gym and it does just fine going from hard floors to the foam. It’s like a plane landing when the tower turns on to suck up the dirty from into the roomba. I love that I don’t have to empty it out every time it needs to be emptied. So far I’m loving it!

Well built. Packaged security and easy to assemble. Setup was a little protracted as the unit learned the house and created its maps of the rooms. Took some time to properly map and code room names. Scheduling cleanup routines straight forward. And multi and single room schedules easy to set up. Still learning features and performance.

Works well. Does what it is supposed to but is a little bit loud

Great for small clean ups. I like that you can program it to clean certain areas.

This is great. No more need for vacuuming. It works as advertised. It is not great in corners, but actually better than I expected. Some areas have to be done more than once, but who cares as the unit seems to recognize the need. It has a problem with very light weight throw rugs, but handles most rugs with ease. I will probably be getting a second one for the second floor.

This is a major improvement over the previous generation and a huge step in the right direction. The editable smart maps are a great feature and I use it all the time to start cleaning for the most used rooms. It does a great job of getting every corner, even going around chair and table legs. The price is high, but I recommend it as it saves my wife and I a big house chore that we hated. Not sure the bin emptying home station is worth the premium they’re charging, but it is convenient.

Have had a iRobot in the past so this is an upgrade.

It's very loud when emptying and it would smell like smoke when doing so. A part of the bottom broke off while vacuuming after a year and we had to trash it.

“Robbie” has been working very well. I’ve not used all of the features such as pre programming cleaning times but like setting up zones for cleaning. We have two full sized Aussies that shed badly so Robbie has his work cut out for him and the automatic dirt dump is a must have. It will dump at least once while cleaning the living area. Before Robbie we’d have huge amounts of dog hair daily along the edges of the room. This saves us lots of time.

Much better than the i3 which I returned because it was randomly cleaning places and would repeatedly go over the same area. The biggest feature of the i7 is that it maps out your home where you can set up no clean zones and label rooms accordingly to where you want it to clean on demand. Very customizable and flexible. Highly recommend with this model even though its a bit higher on price.

This was a gift for my daughter and she is ecstatic with its performance. Easy to set up and use and does a great job.

Great product! The best Roomba to date! The auto-map feature is amazingly scary good. With the Auto-empty and charge station, this is truly automated vacuuming. Gets the floor clean and entertaining to watch. I have to say that with this product, it’s now more than OK to get your wife a vacuum for her birthday! Mine loves is, and has relieved a is a little more stress free. If the price was 25% less, it would for sure be a 5 star product.

If you don't have wifi, it won't work. If the base isn't close to the wifi, it won't work. It communicates using your phone. The base uses a bag. Now I have something to buy for it regularly. Today it actually started on its own schedule, but it has sent me messages all day. Clean filter. Something is clogged. At least the locate beep is good and loud. Now for the good. It gets under the couch and around the recliner without getting stuck. It bumps into stuff much more gently than my old one. It got under the bed! I haven't been that brave! I'm sure it will work easier and quicker as soon as it has cleaned every area thoroughly. With 6 small long haired dogs and 3 adults with long hair or long whiskers, it has a job to do on nearly 1700 sq ft of wood floor.

No, it’s not going to perfectly clean an inside corner. But it’s going to get under the coffee table, under the bed, beneath the desk, etc. IT cleans the living room and dinning room wHike I cook dinner. It’s cleans the kitchen while I veg on the couch after dinner. It empties itself and charges itself. With the app installed, I can control it with my phone. Bought one as a house warming gift for my sister. Love it.

Vacuum works great so far with 2 dogs. Noticeably less hair, curious to see long term.
