Robot vacuums are getting better. This guy did better than the 6 series iRobot we sent back. We wish it had a better/easier way to map the house because we’d like it to clean the hard surface floors every day but there is no way to program that. This 7 series iRobot helps cut back on the weekly house cleaning we’re satisfied

I am very happy with my Roomba! I set it to go over our high traffic areas daily since we have 3 cats in the house. And it does a wonderful job it goes from carpet to tile and back with no problem. I do still use my regular vacuum to do the whole house once a week. I would highly recomnend this Roomba if you have pets or young children. I wish I would have had it when my children were small.

This is an upgrade from the previous Roomba we purchase from Best Buy, this iRobot has capacity and capability to vacuum the whole first floor of the house and dispose all fine loose dirt into the disposal bags . It helps since I don’t have to dispose all the loose dirt into my trash can after every cleaning, that’s probably the best option and I get notifications on my cell phone when the bags need to be replaced.

My wife’s new best fiend, she actually refers to it as such. Gets the job done. It would have been a 5 star except it stopped working 3 months into. I guess it was an issue they knew about and quickly sent the part to fix. Easy to fix and back up running why it kept 4 star. May already be fixed on future releases.

The I robot is expensive but absolutely fabulous. I had looked at the rumba’s for quite some time. I go to Best Buy very frequently. I was always interested but the new version, the 21 day return option and two absolutely fabulous sales girls convinced me. The robot is amazing! It cleans fabulously, trains and maps itself to maneuver our house! The price is steep but the finance plan made it easier and possible.

I was not sure about buying this product as it was hard to justify the value with the price. I have to say I am glad I purchased it. The mapping system is with the money due to it learns rooms and goes to those rooms making vacuuming more accurate as well the tower emptying the dirty, I was not sure at first but really like it. I like daily my floors are clean

Works great, easy to set up. I love the fact that you can program it to come in at any time or that I can start it while I'm at work so if company is coming over when I get home floors are cleaned. I have a dog and cat so there is a lot of hair but the irobot gets it all and even empties the bin, I never have to touch the mess. It's a keeper !!!

The Roomba is easy to set up and use. The mapping and training does take a bit of time, but it's worth it for the amount of time saved later on. It does sometimes get tangled in wires and random toys on the floor, so I recommend clearing the room of objects as much as possible before vacuuming. The i9 is better for corner sweeping allegedly, but I think the i7 is a really good value.

Had new hard floors installed in our house recently and was wanting a way to not have to vacuum myself constantly. This does the trick! The mapping feature is great and the self dumping into a bigger receptacle is better! It’s gotten the whole family to be self aware of leaving a mess on the floors too which was a nice side effect. Lol. Picked it up Black Friday weekend so it was $300 off. Score!

This is probably my favorite feature is the 2nd vac to empty out the first.. you still gotta maintain the roomba like all others.. but that second capacity storage tank means decreased trips to the trash bin because you will be going a single time once the larger 2ndary bag is full. And that mapping... fantastiac.

LOVE this gadget!! I was hesitant about purchasing it, but my husband ultimately made the decision. It has saved us so much time cleaning. Not only is it efficient, but it can also get completely under the beds. We downloaded the app and can either program a schedule, or just have it start. This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

It cleans very well but gets stuck all the time or doesn’t dock correctly

I bought this thing for my wife at Christmas and let me tell you. It has went above and beyond of what we expected it to do. My wife or I haven’t touched our normal vacuum since the Roomba learned the house a month ago. It’s crazy to know you’re coming home to a freshly vacuumed house with the lines in the carpet and you’ve not even been there all day. Is it expensive... YES. Is it worth every penny of it... ABSOLUTELY!

Has good suction and was surprised at how much it had picked up. Overall satisfied at this point. It is programmed to run in different areas of house 5 out of 7 days each week. Has been working well but had a bit of a hiccup this morning. It seemed to lose its way today but first incidence of this happening.

Love this machine! It took it quite awhile to map the house, and it had a lot of furniture to go around and under, but once mapped, she is working beautifully! Love the way she finds her way to one room and returns to base when told to. Almost always can get herself out of a problem. Only once has she needed my attention to get unstuck. Love how she gets under the beds, too!

It's been less than 2 years now. I already sent it once a year ago, motor stopped working. Now it doesn't work properly, either doesn't connect, or does not dock properly. Very disappointed

Love this vacuum! I bought it for hard wood floors after getting a dog that sheds a lot of hair. It does such a great job. I use it with Alexa and the voice commands are excellent. I thought it would struggle manually moving it upstairs but it was smart enought to map that area as well. Best vacuum purchase ever!

Second i7 for me! Simple to set up and works like a charm right out of the box. Effective and efficient vacuum...especially with two very active young grandchildren and a dog!!! Highly recommend this self-contained unit for quick clean of busy areas!
