I had the Roomba 980, but one of the wheels cracked. I took it to Best Buy for repair ( I bought the extended warranty). They gave me a gift card for the price I paid for it 2 years ago. I upgraded to the I7 with auto trash disposal. This one actually quieter than my previous one and I don’t have to worry about the bin getting full. Win-win. I absolutely love Roomba! This one is pricey but worth it.

iRobot Roomba i7+ (7550) Wi-Fi Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum - Charcoal works very well. Slightly noisy, and does tend to get caught under tables if they are just barely high enough to get under but not to get out, but it cleans well and it's great to have so you can have it vacuuming while you are out.

We had a friend talk about this then saw it on sale at Best Buy. My wife had never used a Roomba so was skeptical but wanted to try it. She could not take her eyes off it the first time it ran. Then after it mapped out house, she could not believe that she could just pick individual rooms from the app on her phone. Needless to say, a good purchase. A little expensive, but in the end well worth it.

Easy to clean. Never gets stuck. Very smart. Cleans house with multiple pets well.

Absolutely love the self-cleaning function of this model. Instead of getting an alert that it is full, it just goes back to the base, cleans out, and keeps on working. It also has a stronger suction so it’s picking up more. The Smart Map feature is great for when I only want certain areas vacuumed, or if I want specific areas avoided. Really great upgrade from the previous models.

Great product. You pay for what you get and this is one of the best robot vacuums you can buy. It really does pickup most of the dirt off the floors and is able to maneuver its way under our table with chairs. Does get stuck on the edges of carpets in the bathroom, but they have a keep our feature that is very precise and has great boundary lines for small spaces to stay out of

Could never keep up with dog hair so gave this a shot. Had an expensive cordless stick vac which is great but battery didn’t last long. As a result cleaning task was short. This iRobot spends a lot of time cleaning before it dumps and recharges. What a difference. Does surprisingly well around chair legs and other obstacles. Would recommend.

I was able to buy this awesome Vacuum with a special discount This was mother's day gift for my wife .. We definitely love it. I have carpet on every room in the house and I have a small dog bread "Very limited shading", but we never had any issues with it specially in regards to the carpet. I feel though it's a little bit noisy..

My husband has been wanting a Roomba since the longest and he used the excuse that my fur baby and I shed a lot so that I'd give in. Honestly it was a good decision. Before we were vacuuming a few times a day, now we can just program Jacinta to vacuum while I do other chores. We also like that it has its dirt disposal and empties on its own. The set up was quick and easy. Definitely recommend it.

We love our Roomba. We have it clean three times a week and the house feels so much cleaner. She has learned our floor plan which is wonderful and we can tell the Roomba to clean just the kitchen or the dining room and it’s such a nice feature. Our only complaint would be that there’s a certain area where she keeps getting tripped up and get stuck. Otherwise, we really like our Roomba.

We’ve had this roomba for about a month now and absolutely live it. The self emptying feature is definitely worth the extra money. We used to have an older Neato model and it was frustrating to come home and find it stopped in the middle of the floor because it needed to be emptied. I can’t speak to the long term reliability since I’ve only had it a month, but so far I love it.

First time owner of an automated sweeper. We have 5 children and are always on the run. This little bot vacuum is great at making sure our kitchen and first floor is swept and does a good job at countering our children’s crumbs! This is nice particularly when unexpected guests arrive. Would definitely recommend!

I have 2 golden retrievers and Fred , my Irobot, is a huge help. It does an amazing job on the hard wood floors and a fair to good job on carpet. I am no longer vacuuming daily. While Fred works I walk the dogs. It is amazing to watch it work. Initial mapping took time but now I just activate and he goes to work.

I had been looking at these for a long time, but am so glad I waited until they finally integrated the whole house map into the software. I love that now the robot can be so tightly programmed to clean areas of the floor or the house - all with a click! And the Alexa integration is very cool - just tel it what to clean!

We bought this Roomba last week and we love it! It is amazing and the app works really well. The only issue I have noticed is that it does not clean our thick living room rug. It seems like it has a hard time sucking up hair and debris on shag type carpets. Other than that, we have noticed a significant decrease in dog hair around the house.

I like it and it does pick up a lot of fur (I have a dog that really, really sheds). I'm having a little trouble getting it to map the whole house, not because it's that big but i takes some supervising and moving things like dining room chairs to get under the table, etc. But it is effective and fun to watch.
