Im only a month in, but it has been very helpful. We have 2 furry dogs and wood floors and it does a great job so far keeping it clean. It has been very easy to use, program, map, etc. Its been to short of time to tell how it will hold up or how the maintenance is, but so far, we're happy.

I really love this vacuum. It cleans my floors very well. It works great with the app I have on the phone and I am able to create areas so that if there is a mess in one particular area, I can get the vacuum to just focus on that area.

We bought this for our new house and programmed it to run 3 times a week while we’re at work. Easy to setup the cleaning area and does a great job. We no longer have to sweep up dog hair, one of my Best Buy’s ever.

You won't believe how smart this thing is! It covers every area of your floor. I sat on the couch and just watched it do it's thing. And the automatic dirt disposal is a must, just too easy. The app allows you to keep up with the machine and control it 24/7. You need this!

Works well on different types of surfaces without missing a beat. Holds quite a full loads of picked up debris before the bag requires changing. Used it a few times and have been very satisfied. Waiting for James to completely map the area so I can spot clean when needed.

Love the mapping feature that enables you to block off portions of the house that cause the vacuum to get stuck! Love that it cleans itself and recharges and makes two passes!

We named him 'Roger." It was that or "Rover" but we already have two dogs and didn't want them confused... It's great. Set him off and away he goes. Cleans places which haven't had a vacuum in years! Not cheap but worth it, for lazy people like me anyway...

This is exactly what we needed. It does wonderful on shay carpet which it was what I was worried about. Well this Handled it like a champ. We use to have to broom 3-4 times a day since we have hardwood floor well it’s been two weeks and we have yet to touch the broom.. highly recommend this machine.

I purchased the Roomba i7+ and Brava Jet pair together. They are AMAZING. With a large, fluffy dog and several cats who freely roam the field outside, and three floors of the home, the floors really need to be at least vacuumed daily. My floors have never looked so good!

My wife and I are both very busy so we bought this iRobot’ to help maintain our tile floors. It has done that and more. We have it set to run every other day while we are at work. It even sends us text messages letting us know when it completes the job. We absolutely would recommend this vacuum.

This is the 7th year we’ve been using Roomba and we are the happiest we’ve ever been with this i7!!!! It’s worth every penny and has drastically improved the cleanliness of all our floors. We have wood, travertine and carpet and it gets every surface completely clean.

Had high hopes for this brand and model but so far it is not worth the price! It’s so load compared to our other model and brand. When it dumps into the bin it sounds like a jet engine taking off. It rams into everything and because of this it gets stuck on everything. Under the fridge door, under cabinets, on thresholds, under the coach, under dressers, etc. Next is the mapping feature which again we had on the other model and brand. Previous one was an easy set up and was done in an hour; we have a 960 square foot single story house. This one 2 days! It should never take a vacuum 2 days to program and map. Once we got the mapping done it was finally ready to use. Yea, nope I finally reached my final straw. It doesn’t have any suction for one. So if you have pets, toddlers, and or both you’re out of luck. It leaves piles of hair all over, it leaves behind crumbs, dirt, and everything in between. Secondly, I did my research and it says it’s good for medium pile carpet. You guessed it! It’s better for those with absolutely no carpet. Finally, this vacuum doesn’t work in the dark. So if your home has a dark hallway, rooms, or you like to run it at night when everyone is asleep. Forget it because it won’t happen. It will literally stop working and tell you to come get it. So it will definitely be going back to the store and we won’t be getting another iRobort.

As far as robot vacuums go, this one is quite amazing. Once it learns your floor layout, you can divide room up and have it clean certain rooms. Even if we move the base station and then have it clean a room, it can usually find it based on the it's visual sensors and mapping data.

With new 15 days return policy I didn’t have the time to really see how it works. It didn’t even make a map and I didn’t want to risk to see if it eventually would make a map so I returned it

Takes a few iterations to map the house but the interface is easy and does a pretty decent job when paired through alexa to clean any specific areas with just a voice command

So far works really well. Don't think it navigates quite as well as the neato but it doesn't get jammed up with debris like the neato either. The auto empty is game changing though and has been very dependable and it doesn't get stuck.

Love this thing! I don't know how I lived without it. I have it programmed to vacuum every other day at 3 am, and I take it upstairs when I need to get the bedrooms and hallway taken care of. Once you get this, you won't be able to live without it!

Despite the fact that is a bit noisy, I regret not buying this long time ago. I have a dog and 2 kids, so having the floor clean sometimes is a challenge. Thanks to this roomba I dont’t have to mop so much. Roomba came to my rescue.

I have wanted one for years but im glad i waited because the more modern version has better features. Mapping is quick and accurate, the app allows you to select areas or let the robot go on a pre selected schedule. Fun, actually.

Good product and sometimes we have issues like we need to pick the robot when the charging is done so thats a bad idea it should go back to station when the charging is low
