I just bought a new house and was worried about the dog hair. I have dark wood floors and light shedding dogs. This vacuum works great. Reccomend for anyone short of time to clean. It takes time to learn the layout of the house so be patient.

So far so good. Love the ease of vacuuming. Having to remap the upstairs level of our home however. The roomba keeps vacuuming the same places and missing others. On the other levels it's doing fine.

Definitely glad we bought, but there is a learning curve with it. Be patient. Clean all the brushes when it says to, and be sure to clean the sensors as well. Gets stuck occasionally, but you can figure out how to prevent it for the most part.

I was skeptical to buy this at first due to the price and it's our first robot vac. I was tempted to buy the cheap ones but so happy I didn't. This is WORTH IT!!! Our house is super clean everyday and it's sound isn't disturbing. It's AWESOME!

Wonderful item. Glad we upgraded to the i7 plus. It is loaded with the home mapping feature. It took Herbie about 4 times to figure the house out. He works great cleaning the whole house or just a room. Works well with Alexa too.

It is my first roomba and I love it. I have a dog That sheds and this seems to do really well so far. The attached unit that allows automatic dumping is a god send. It would need to be hand dumped twice every time otherwise.

I have really loved my new Roomba, it was so easy to program. Now I just have it programmed to run every other day switching between carpeted and flooring.

I thought that utilizing a vacuum couldn’t get much easier than what has always been available. Now that Roomba offers a model with self emptying makes it even easier. Easy setup, very user friendly, and prolonged battery life.

Upgraded from i3. It’s great. Cleans and empties! Learns the layout of your space! Returns home 90% of the time to charge when it needs to/or is done. Only gripe is it does scuff the baseboards from time to time.

This is my first robot vacuum and it is helpful, but doesn't vacuum as well as I hoped for hardwood floors.

Very happy with this purchase. Good suction for pet hair. Was worried about charging cables being left on the floor from kids and messing up the vacuum but it has not been a problem. Runs over hardwood to area rugs with ease.

This Roomba i7 is a beast. I have two Anatolian Shephard dogs and they shed a decent amount when they come inside. The vacuum mapped the house by the 2nd run and had no problems with the dog hair.

I love this Roomba. I like the fact I don't have to empty the bin anymore. I had one of the first Roomba where I had to empty the bin every day. Now, I just take the bag out and put in a new bag.

This thing is amazing! Bought it for my parents a few months ago and has been working flawlessly ever since. Customer service for Roomba is also extremely helpful. Look forward to pairing my IRobot with more products in the future.

The cleaning power of the unit is ok, the integration with Alexa is helpful, though prone to errors. The mapping function gives it better navigation than previous versions. However, despite the beyyet navigation it routinely leaves eide stripes between passes ehich means I still have to vacuum in it's wake. The board brush should be good for cleaning at edges but in oractice I've found it cleans decently maybe 1 out of 5 cycles. The built in bagging unit is nice, but right now that's about the best feature.

When it works it’s great. Had it for a week now and it now doesn’t connect to the network. I’ve made no changes to network but app sits spinning for a connection that isn’t there. Helpline didn’t know how to fix and now passed to their top tech support who haven’t been very helpful or responsive So I’m feeling disappointed Now done more research snd it seems others having network connection issues. iRobot works without Wi-Fi but doesn’t have lots of features in its own (including I can’t turn it off til it has vacuuumed everywhere it can find - whereas when on Wi-Fi it allowed me to select different rooms at different times) So not sure what I do now. Hoping they fix my issue quickly

The unit worked well initially, however developed problems after it docked for the first time. Upon undocking, the unit kept giving off the "Drop-off detected" message and would not operate. (No drop-offs even in the area) Unable to correct the issue after going through all the troubleshooting instruction. Had to return the unit to Best Buy. Very dissapointing...

So it worked for a half a year and then there were issues and now it wont work. It worked well though when it was operating correctly. It could just be my specific unit.

This has been a great product to have, keeps my house clean and helps me keep up with leg hair and dust , the house feels and smells cleaner and fresher everyday, can’t believe I have been living without it all this time

I bought this to clean our hardwood floors with our yellow lab. The Roomba successfully mapped our ranch floors perfectly and am able to schedule cleanings by room. Our floors are now absent of yellow fur! And our pup is now getting used to it!
