Zero Stars

The sound quality was terrible as well. Syncing to my phone was a pain as well. Don't follow the instructions. You need to hold down the button for about 15 seconds instead of 10 like it says. Stay away from this and buy a different less expensive one.

You can do better!

Unable to use again while recharging or when on power cable so NO ability for consistent use as it will not charge while in use. Had to drag back and forth from power source to car before I just gave up and threw the thing away. Not worth the effort!

Not Worth It

I contacted Best Buy about a replacement and I was instructed to contact the manufacturer. I contacted AAMP Global and they asked for a copy of my receipt. 3 weeks have gone buy now with no communication or replacement product. Good customer service is hard to find these days!
