I like to use the hotel flat screens for my monitor, when I travel. This will allow me to continue using my HDMI cable with my mew laptop.

Basically you plug and play, there is no real other drivers or set up needed. Couldn't be simpler!

Thank you for sharing your view on this j5create adapter. It does not require any drivers to use. Simply plug it in to a USB C port that supports display port alternate mode and then plug in an HDMI cord from a monitor.

If your able to get a USB C to Display Port adapter/cord go that route instead for better picture quality. No fault of this product though does what is says it does.
