However my experience at the store is a different story. This product was what I was looking for, one of the store employees that was assisting me told me that they did not have this product in the store and that they showed me another product which was about $40 more than what I wanted to pay. Set employee was very short with me and did not greet me upon entering the electronic section. Disappointed I did not trust his answer and took it upon myself to look online and found this product was in stock at this Smokey point location. I went back and ended up finding it on my own. The point is the employee was not helpful whatsoever, and after speaking to the manager apparently there was a process upon entering the store where I would be greeted and escorted to the section that I was looking for and that never took place.

I was able to achieve exactly what I hoped in having duel monitors with 1 being an HDMI and 1 being the USB-C. No issues and it's so much smaller than the other guys in the office's converters.

USB-C to HDMI adaptor

I upgraded to a different unit that charges the battery on my phone at the same time. It still doesn't keep up but I can watch 4 hours of ultra HD on my 40 inch. Best to upgrade.

We offer the JCA379 which has an HDMI port, USB-C for charging, this way your battery will not drain while playing videos and a USB 3.0 port for a peripheral. Superb product

It works perfectly, what else can I say?

This is come in handy it has worked just like an HDMI port, with having a low price it is great value

So 3 outputs altogether. One to run the computer monitor, 2 of these adapters sending different outputs to a video matrix in a production environment. Working fine so far!
