Doesn't work well with Surface

Ended up buying the microsoft branded to not have issues. Assume this works with other computers so didn't give it bad review but just know it doesn't work with the surface. Didn't return it in time so will be trying it on another device as soon as I can.

I don't know what the problem is.

No picture on the screen of my TV when using this with my phone. I don't know if the problem is the device, the TV or the phone. My phone is the new Galaxy S22 Ultra and the TV is about 4 years old and Insignia. Anyone have any ideas?

Posted .Having the additional display can really improve productivity for so many applications. In the case of remote teaching you can have one monitor with the lesson and the second showing the video feed from the students. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Posted .The USB-C to 4K HDMI Adapter requires a available USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out. This device is a Plug n Play, no drivers needed, however, it must need that feature on a phones/tablets for it to work.
