Posted .Charging while viewing videos can cause issues with the JCA153G not supplying power simultaneously. We do have the JCA379 and the JCC155G that allows such capabilities at the same time. Thank you for purchasing this j5create adapter and leaving a review. One thing to ensure when purchasing display cables and adapters is to verify the conversion direction. The vast majority of display cables and adapters only work in one direction. In the case of this adapter it will plug into a USB C port on your computer or other device and send video output through the HDMI port to a display.

The JCA153G is ideal for mirroring a phone to a TV. This will not work with all smartphones. Your phone will need to have a feature called display port alternate mode to be able to mirror to another display. We appreciate you taking the time to post a review.
