It would not connect to any display I tried. I teach and one of the students with a MacBook couldn't even connect it to any of the projectors or TV display. I have and hp laptop and I looked up this particular adapter and the solution was to return it. I was on vacation and now I can't even return it. Do not buy! I wasted 30 dollars and a $6 dollar adapter works perfectly!

Does NOT work with iPhone 15 Pro

Dont buy this expecting it to work, it will not. It stretches the image weirdly and it doesnt give you any audio. Could be an iOS issue or an issue with the adapter, but either way im not impressed.

Because the JCA153G connects via USB-C, it is possible that if there was a cover on the Mac it could have impeded a snug connection that is required for proper functionality.
