works ok but does not have XM capability. didn't state that on line

I purchased this because my vehicle doesn't have GPS - the only way to use GPS with this is through my phone and WAZE app. I have tried several times and unable to make it happen. Basically I paid big money for a new radio. Very unhappy

The radio was able to pick up only a few stations and there was a lot of static. Pandora required a cord but, still did not work as advertised. I was afraid to even try the CD player.

Sound is horrible in comparison to factory deck in a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Device quit functioning within 5 months of purchase actually less than 4 months.

Camera was ordered open box. Said it was in excellent condition. The blue tooth did not work. Had to get a different radio.

The stereo started malfunctioning after one week. The buttons stopped responding except for the volume down button which only served to turn the volume up. Had to reset the stereo using the reset button to get it to start working again but the home button no longer works at all. Would not recommend this unit.

Stereo is ok but the Bluetooth lags when trying to connect and would be cool if it came with camera in box

Garbage. Constantly screws up and buttons wear so quickly its ridiculous...safe yourself the trouble and spend a little more to get a better one.

The screen on this unit was very hard to see. The Spotify App also never worked correctly. It always just had a Connecting.... message. It rarely actually connected.

When using Pandora or Spotify music gets cut off so I can only use it for the radio or CD, when receiving phone calls it takes a while to play on speakers.

Only worked for 3 weeks best buy only has a 15 day return policy, so I'm stuck with it

It’s alright where trying to watch a movie and it doesn’t show it

After a dozen different modifications to the baseline factory radio that came with my 2013 Honda Fit (including adding a Bluetooth module that never worked very well) and switching from IPhone to Android, it was time to invest in a new radio. I considered getting one with Android Auto, but those proved too expensive. After reviewing many models, I settled on this one - and am glad I did. The unit hooks up seamlessly with Spotify via Bluetooth (and has its own Spotify app), and is the best thing to happen to my car since its latest tune-up! Gone are the cables that I had to use with the original factory radio to make it Bluetooth, Android, and Spotify capable. If you are looking for a double din, affordable radio to replace a not-so functional factory install, then this is a good choice.

I first want to say that the installation was done in a professional manner by geek squad! The installer went thru all the steps needed for the install. The end result was very nice and professional. I must say it actually looks better that factory! The receiver works great. all radio channels come in clear and the touch screen works fine too. pairing my phone was a snap as was my I-pod. only complaint...and it's a small one is that the blue tooth connection can be a little slow. there is a firmware update available but I have not installed it yet. maybe it will help. very satisfied with geek squad and my purchase.

Still working good after 5 years. Installed in old 4runner.

If you get this delivered make sure you verify all parts in box before getting installed. I was sent evidently one that was returned. I had radio only. NO wires or parts to go with installing it. It wasn't even put in a box it was delivered into the JVC box that had been opened before. Prior returned electronics should not be sent to someone purchasing a new product.
