pain to operate

The Mike sucks. Also it has real bad fade on radio stations in my area the are close by.

IT DOES NOT! I had to pay MORE for the upgraded version which I have not received yet because it is continuously delayed or unavailable! I have WAISTED alot of time and money on this deal. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.....

Brighter screen and faster touch sensitivity

Poor quality

I have to visit best buy at least once a week to get something different fixed. Spoke to both the technician and the manager and they're both not helpful. I do not recommend that anyone gets this product or goes to this specific best buy.

Installer told me JVC and Kenwood radios have that problem. Now I have to turn off/on the radio from time to time when I want to play anything from the Bluetooth. I haven't had time to replace the radio. I called the service rep three times with no answer.

Called back was told we are 3 months out... Looks like we need to hire an installer..
