I got this as an open box item, it was still wrapped in the original plastics, never used. It works okay, only problem is sometimes it freezes and in order to fix it I have to shut off my car and turn it back on. And while snap chatting it won’t play the music in the back round until 10 seconds after, has bad delay time. Other than that it’s not too bad of a radio.

I first loved this new radio! But now after months of having it, it has began to glitch

I bought on 7/11 and i’m just getting it installed in 8/10.A bit ridiculous that the deptford store had 1 installer.

Perfect radio! Best feature is being able to play movies while driving. Wish the screen was bigger otherwise i would give 5 stars.

It does work good, but I'm having issues with android connection, USB is not stable, very easy to interrupt connection.

FYI - if anyone is interested. If you have an old IPOD you can pug it into the USB port and you will get your music

I really like the back up camera I got along with this. The screen is easy to see. There are many options to this receiver.

I am enjoying my JVC in dash DvD I have a number of CDs and I love listening to to them as I drive.

The screen is a little too dim and hard to see during the day time.

Wish the face was detachable. I live in an area with high crime so I pull it out of the dash every day

I like the fact that it's touch screen but I don't like how it doesn't come with the remote control it does play DVDs

I purchased this radio for my 07 trailblazer. I was tired of playing cds and wanted to listen to Pandora to play more variety of music. The price is affordable! I love the display as well.

Great product!! Somewhat difficult for first timers to set up but otherwise Wonderful sound quality!!

Perfect install for a really good system. Like the ability to change the look of the display.

Completely satisfied with everything. The first radio JVC/Kenwood was trash. The geek squad tech switched out with another unit (Pioneer) and I'm glad and grateful he did.

We have had this installed for about a month now. Sounds good even with stock speakers. Biggest complaint is that it essentially "reboots" every so often. Screen goes black, JVC startup screen comes on and about 20 -30 seconds later everything is back to normal

Everything is great except phone & stereo don’t auto connect each time you enter car.

I worked in car audio for over 20 years, and for the money it is a good unit. The phone section could be a bit easier to use, but all in all not bad.
