Love the radio... Installation not so much radio was put in fast but there are awkward gaps in the kit and doesn't look good

Best buy installed for free and I love this unit and am recommending it to everyone

very slow at reconnecting to Bluetooth once you exit and re-enter your vehicle.

My Boise car stereo system went out and after numerous searches online I chose the very first one that I had checked out and read the reviews on I ultimately purchased my JVC stereo sound system from Best Buy and paid for the installation of it which wasn't expensive at all and that in turn gave me some extra peace of mind knowing that a qualified technician had installed it which further added to my purchase warranty. After about six months an error message appeared on my stereo system screen. I stopped by my local Best Buy with the initial intentions of setting an appointment for one of the techs to check it out and to my surprise he got on the phone and called a supervisor whom at one time was an installer He took the time to walk out to my truck with me and literally used his ink pen to reset my stereo in a matter of a few minutes. Really awesome day because as everyone knows that finding time to set an appointment and have a friend help you drop your vehicle off and then wait patiently for them to call back informing you that they were finished and you could come pick up your ride. It made my day and I give props to the three different employee's who took the time to assist me with each one having a great demeanor and each one was very curtious to me. Great job Best Buy staff members!!!

Would be better if it was more compatible with recent model iPhones. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Replaced a Shaker 500 on a 2007 Mustang. The extra preamp output helped keep the factory's door subs while adding another for the trunk

Works great with my iPhone 5s just no app control but I need a new phone this unit has no issues

For the price it's ok, but don't expect much more. If you want to use the Pandora app it dose not work on Android. Called JVC Customer service to troubleshoot the Pandora app and told me to use the bluetooth audio source, I explained that it's not what I paid for, and they responded with it is what it is...

It does a lot of cool things, however its FM reception could be improved

It works awesome, but they did have trouble finding the right harnes.
