    I am unable to use hands free calling with this stereo as you can only hear the person talking, they can’t hear you.

    I ordered this radio and ordered all of the parts for the installation per what the website said. I got there to have another cable needed to keep my camera system working and a second cable needed to keep my steering wheel controls for the radio working. On top of that one of the cables was not in stock, so if I wanted the system installed I was out another $200+ plus another 2+ hour round trip drive. In every survey I detailed my experience and no one reached out about this. Very disappointing experience.

    I hate it. The install tech got Bluetooth working after purchase. It worked for one day. 2 months and a few fruitless calls to customer service later, I never use it because no Bluetooth. Android phone. We have about a million Bluetooth devices and connecting is never a problem. Not so with this brick. Also, none of the buttons make any sense. Totally counterintuitive. Good luck making any adjustments while you're driving. It's just a non functional thing in the dash with fancy icons that make no sense. Good luck.

    When it worked. It worked really well. Now it is stuck at the lpading screen and no longer powers. Its not even 8 months old

    Be warned. When they use the phrase “satellite ready” that means it is ready for you to purchase a completely separate unit at an extra cost of $100 to have satellite. I really can’t conceive of how that is “”satellite ready”.

    Ordered an open box - excellent condition. Reading the description, you’d think it would come with the accessories (wiring harness, microphone, ect.). Nope. Only thing that came was the radio, which was still attached to the previous owners dash kit… I dont think they tested the unit or anything besides put it back on the shelf.

    Six appointments later & they could never have the back camera working. Decided to have the original radio/backup camera installed & never returning to Best Buy. The kits they recommended are probably not what you need The installation is really not free.

    Volume goes up to 40 but wont go any louder right around 27. Unit is nice but its very weak.
