Buggy Software, Poorly Designed User Interface

Simple navigation takes numerous screen touches when it could be much simpler. No shuffle play for usb media. Very unstable software, occasionally freezes up (once per week or so with regular use) and won't do anything until car is shut off and turned back on. Sound quality is good, EQ offers good adjustability. For the price the screen is clear and crisp.

No physical volume button/knob

I didn’t like the fact that there is no physical volume knob. There is a small space on the touch screen that has to be touched exactly or you can’t control the volume. This in itself is not safe because you have take your eyes off the road to see where to place your finger. This action is only necessary if you are listening to music other than the AM/FM radio. If you’re listening to the radio you can touch the screen anywhere and make a circle to the left or right to control volume. This is a great feature but once again it only works when listening to the radio. Also the unit locked up several times for no apparent reason. In order to correct this I had to unplug my phone and reconnect. This was another unsafe action while driving. I would not recommend this unit.

Google not working correctly

Quiet annoying. Otherwise it's a good radio, wish it had a knob for Volume it's dangerous trying to push that button while driving. Thanks
