Love my radio

When I plugged it in vis USB, I was surprised to be able to use my phone apps. I installed the radio in my RV and the rear and side views are very clear, Overall I am very pleased.

This was out of my price range but I decided to buy it anyway I expected more for my money I guess ..

Impossible to activate free Amazon m subscription

The problem is how to activate the free Amazon music subscription that come with it. After spending a couple of hours on the phone with every department of Best buy, came under the conclusion that I was looking for something no one knew how to help. I had to let it go after I realized i was spending so much time on phone calls, that I could have worked and bought the subscription. On the flip side, I learned alot about the internal structure of the company for future issues.
