I love all the features of my new deck. I placed it in my work vehicle and it has made things so convenient with all the hands free features. And I have to say the audio installers at Best Buy in Silverdale Washington are rock stars at what they do!!!!!!

This stereo is horrible! Perhaps I got a lemon. On car play or Bluetooth mode, the music constantly stops and I have to reach over and push play on the screen over and over. It doesn't work with my iPhone, it constantly switches between the car speakers, phone, or phone speaker phone randomly making it nearly impossible to make a call. If my phone rings while driving, my ringtone comes over the speakers at an extremely high volume. All these distractions will get me killed if I don't get it out of my car! Best Buy took almost $600 from me with free installation for all the added wiring stuff it required. But because I didn't go back to them with the problems for over 90 days, they won't exchange the unit. JVC put me on hold for an hour then tells me to send them the unit for repair. Best Buy doesn't want to remove and reinstall the unit for free. Its the new normal I guess! On the upside, my clock has been accurate, not going off time as other reviewers indicated. And it does sound great when it actually works.

Very good. Adjusting volume can be a little tricky, but otherwise excellent.

great unit to upgrade to if you are looking for newer technology (apple car play).

Pretty good radio with some pretty good bells and whistles

Used in a 2012 subaru impreza base Hatchback 5ch amp component speakers and a subwoofer. Fit great, touch screen is responsive, equalizer is effective and great for my needs. Only complaint i have is subwoofer out is only 1 channel. But it's an easy fix. I recommend this stereo.

Radio was purchased and installed at Best Buy. Difficult getting scheduled for instalation , but installed on time at the time it was scheduled for. Knowledgeable staff.

Initially I had a problem with it cutting out but I took it back to get checked and the tech told me it was just the cord and after switching it out it seems to be fixed. Very nice device and does what it’s supposed too.

Great low price dmr same as the kenwood. Highly recommended.

Good head unit with many features, but you do need a dash kit for most cars.

Love my stereo... easy to use.. has Bluetooth and everything you need.

Only have had in a day but I love it. The only thing I would change is the ability to have more background display options and maybe some preset equalizer settings. The reason i purchased this one is because it's one of the only units I saw in store that has a flat clean look without some buttons or part of the design sticking out. Glad I went with this unit.

Would recommend this item. The radio works great and looks amazing.
